The furniture pads I was billed for on my invoice showed $5.00 / 6 Pads and I got 12.... which apparently comes to $20.00?! I have no idea what kind of math is in your world but I will be addressing this with the location I went to.... and hope to receive a $10.00 refund....

Horrible, the girl that helped me was rude. I was told over the phone that insurance would be $15 but when I got there, I was told it was $45. Just rude service, they do not give a damn. I have dealt with Devon twice now and he should not be in charge of a toy shop.

The gas tank cap was damaged and I could not put in gas. I finally managed to open the broken cap and filled the gas. Overall, the attitude and cooperation of the personnel at this location was GREAT. I definitely will do business there again and recommend this location.

I did not like that I requested a south side location to pickup the uhaul and had to drive to the west end which was an extra 20 mins from my place and then got charged the km from the westend location this is poor planning what is the sense of having your choice of pickup location if you can't honor it and the extra cost for fuel and km is unacceptable. I would have had only a 8 to 10 min drive to the southside location.

Have access to the trucks ahead of time. We waited close to an hour for them to find the truck and pull it out. Half the staff was helpful the other half were terrible.

Thevtires were skins as my friend who is a safety inspector noted. He then indicated that this vehicle if given an inspection would most likely not pass bassed on the overall condition and maintenance of the vehicle. After having gotten stuck on my residential street three times i front of my house we resigned to loading the vehicle in the middle of the street. A bit of snow is one thing but driving this vehicle down a dry highway made me nervous. It floated back and forth on the highway more like a sailboat then a truck. I was very disappointed in the vehicle and the cost. Inspite of returning the vehicle 24hours early there was no offer of a discount for early return. Not very happy with this and when i go to move next year i will be looking at getting a truck from another company.

Equipment was clean, but driver door gasket was not tight - you could see light and the wind noise in the cab was quite loud even at 60 km per hour. Probably would leak during rain. Also driver interior door handle does not return properly - latch sticks out and must be manually pushed in for door to latch.

First we reserved are truck a week before then we get there for 10 am pick and a day my truck was gone then they give me this 26 foot truck and it lights were on and they were just trying to send me like that I knew something was wrong made them check here radiator fluid was pouring out then got given a 20 footer then I drop it off and got a call this am saying I ordered 2 trucks and only dropped off one what kind of paper work or people work at these two locations !??? Very frustrating

When I booked the CSR asked how long I was planning to use the rental. I said 4 maybe 5 hrs. She booked me for 4 hrs. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told I had to have it back by 1PM because booked the van to be rented again...on my dime! Why am I required to pay a full day rate when you only allow me to use it for not even 1/2 a day? As well, I had to re-book again for this weekend so I could finish the job I needed to do last weekend. I feel I should not have to pay again this weekend when I didn't get to use the rental for the whole 24 hr period. Will I use U-Haul again...yes but from now on, I'll book for the full 24 hrs and not mention that I'll only use it for a few hours....I'm being charged twice for something that should have been only charged once....totally frustrating and feeling cheated. Can you do something about that?

I HAD TO TAKE A 1 HOUR $60 CAB RIDE TO PICK UP A UHAUL THAT DID NOT FIT 3 PEOPLE IN IT EVEN THOUGH I CONFIRMED IT WOULD WITH 2 DIFFERENT UHAUL STAFF MEMBERS BY PHONE WHEN RESERVING IT (THE WEBSITE STATES IT WOULD ONLY SEAT 2 SO I CONFIRMED IT WITH THE STAFF TO BE SURE). WHEN I CALLED UHAUL TO TELL THEM I WAS NOW STUCK 1 HOUR AWAY FROM MY HOTEL, THE LADY SAID SHE WOULD DEDUCT $60 OFF THE CORRECT RENTAL BUT I NOW HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO PICK IT UP. THE NEXT CAB RIDE TOOK ANOTHER 45 MINUTES AND COST ME $45 SO I ASKED FOR THAT MONEY BACK AT THE UHAUL STORE. THEY CALLED INTO THE UHAUL HELP DESK AND WERE TOLD THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME ANYMORE AS THEY ALREADY DID A DEDUCTION TO COVER IT. I ENDED UP TALKING TO THE PERSON AND THEY SAID I WOULD NOT DEDUCT ANYMORE MONEY AS I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR A CAB ANYWAYS. I ENDED UP GETTING TRANSFERRED TO SOMEONE IN ARIZONA WHO HAD NO PROBLEM DEDUCTING ANOTHER $50 OFF MY RENTAL TO COVER THE COST OF THE CAB RIDE. I SERIOUSLY CANNOT BELIEVE HOW HEARTLESS SOME PEOPLE CAN BE WHEN 2 COMPANY EMPLOYEES MAKE A MISTAKE AND THEN THE 3RD EMPLOYEE EXPECTS THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR IT. ONCE THIS WAS DEALT WITH AND I GOT MY UHAUL, MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!!

Windscreen glass had 6 long cracks, doors had to be locked/unlocked individually, Manual windows, Drop off took 20 mins and then get charged for gas when I had the right amount in. Never using again

When I initially came into this store. I met this black girl that was not Nice. She never wanted to help me. Kept me standing on the Que without any acknowledgement. She later looked up and said she was helping someone whom I cannot see. She kept yawning and spoke to the girl sitting on the same counter with her. Her attitude is such that she was forced to come to work. She later stood up and left me standing there without a word. I then asked the girl she was having conversation with, if she can help me and she asked me what it was. I told and walked over to her and she attended to me. I felt very bad about me a customer begging to be helped and I checked in online to reduce waiting time but there wasn't any point doing so. I suggest the company having a word with the black girl and asking her to quit if she hates her job that much. I REALLY FELT SO BAD!

UHaul has the slowest customer service representatives that I have ever encountered in my 25 years of renting vehicles. It's out right painful. You should consider getting more automated and your customer servers representatives need to be more cognisant of peoples time. If I compare your service to Budget or Enterprise whom I have rented from in the last year, you are bottom of the pile. You asked. Good luck!

All aspects of the service were as expected considering my past experience in renting from U-Haul.
