The only issue I had was that I left a cash deposit but my rental was less than the deposit. They said they couldn't refund the cash. They would have to put it in a credit card or mail me a cheque. That's ridiculous. If your going to accept cash as a deposit you had better be able to give me back what wasn't used up immediately. It was very annoying and unfair.

Customer service lacking, two people at counter on a sat morning.. 6-8 people line up transaction took to long, trailer I rented lights didn't work, and rep at customer counter didn't speak clear or plain language!!

Beyond awful experience -late picking up truck, told on phone reservation cancelled because of this and a new one for 8 hrs would be found. Was told they would call me within an hour....no call came so when I finally called back was told a different location had an 8 hr rental.... Drove there was told 4 hrs max.... Called reservation line after holding 20 mins was told they would just un cancel original reservation(original rep said that was not possible) - upon driving truck back at end of day air not working as well as signal lights, wipers....truck basically not working and dangerous. Overall experience with reservation line and unit itself was so bad I would never consider using Uhaul again and have told all friends and family the same. Only positive was picking unit up, the rep was friendly and efficient.

Main issue was being charged for fuel with an inaccurate gas guage reading showing on the emailed receipt (van was returned after hours). I had taken a photo of the gas guage (above the full mark yet the receipt showed it to be between full and 7/8 mark). After submitting the photo as evidence the agent I spoke with was excellent and told me a refund was being processed. The renting agent forgot to give me the 2 sets of blankets I had paid for so I had to return to the store to ask for them.

Overall, I received great service from the team at UHaul. The improvements are more to the online reservations system. It should be real time so that when I get a confirmation of a vehicle, it is definitely there.

I found the staff to be couteous and helpful. The final price of the rental was exactly what I was told. This hasn't always been my experience at U-Haul, but I was pleased that it all worked out this time.

in the busy summer schedule.there needs to be more customer reps.arrived at 8:45 am for 9am pickup did not leave yard with unit till 9:30 am which was okay but big line up behind me. so maybe something can be done but overall not to bad.

Be careful with billing. Overnight drop off vs. extra day charge. I was told I could drop off the truck after closing and then was charged an extra $29.95 for an extra day's rental. I had to call customer support to correct the billing error. When I leave my credit card on file, it is in trust that my billing will be handled fairly. I don't know whether this was a careless mistake or if more customers are being charged unfairly and don't bother to check their statements.

Booked online only to arrive for pickup & find they had double booked us so wehad to wait for other person to not show up before they would release truck to us. When we inquired to customer service about the reservation guarentee we were informed that you have to wait an hour before you deserve the $50 credit and that we did end up with a truck. Ref# 637178. Pretty crappy response considering we only got the truck because the other customers didnt show up. Plus we had to wait around for it which was a waste of our moving time- not impressed.

Customer is not important to the staff, they take time checking the animals outside of the store instead of doing the time promptly. You will get ripped of on the gas refill, according to this store the 17 foot track uses more that 35 l of gas for 100 km. I had driven vehicle for 54 km and according to the chart should be ~7 liters of gas I had to add 18 liters, this doesn't make any sense. I would not recommend using this location.

Everything was great , I used the express check in so it made the experience very painless. The location is easy to access and leave without any problems and they bring the truck to the front with the A.C on . Great job , thanks a lot .

I was incredibly happy with the experience. The staff was very very friendly, and able to get me my equipment very fast. The express check-in and online booking made it way too simple this time. My only concern was with the gas reading. Initially it said the tank was "full" yet it was around 7/8ths full. I brough it up to the staff before leaving, and they quickly correctly it. Overall, it was a great experience.

- staff was 10 minutes late to open the store and then it took another five minutes cor them to get the computer system running. - the bed of the truck we received was full of sand and tree branches that we had to clean out. We were reimbursed $15.00 for this inconvenience. - we were overcharged by $35.00 as they charged us for two days. They did reimburse us after we pointed it out to them. - unprofessional conversations going on amongst staff in front of customers. Apppeared unprofessional along with personal cell phone use.
