Iam fucken disgusted in how I was handled with service there they are fucken dirty lowing prices of shit and would not hesitate to slap all off them them they do not know how to do there job because they don't care I dropped off truck and trailer in Canmore Alberta and the service was ecellent Wes is the name of older man I delt with and that's how a person should get treated he is very friendly and clean and tidy person service with him was awesome all these other U hauls have lazy kids who say they work hard but they do fuck all but jerk off in the back and then tell everybody they did good job I will never rent again from u haul unless Wes is there he's the man to deal with because he knows how to professionaly handle busseness in a proper clean way and doesn't lie and say things are clean when they are not

The Motorcycle trailer was not cleaned out (I did it) but it worked well and the move was fine. Staff was very nice.

It would be REALLY nice to have a vehicle with winter tires. Alberta winters are not that great and there is absolutely no traction on ice - especially if you need to start from a stop. Took us forever to get "unstuck" from the freezing rain and ice.

It was not the location, the lady on the phone said it was not wise to leave the trailer there after hours as its on my own responsibility. Which makes no sense since there's no locks and no security for anything there anyways. She was VERY rude to me on the phone basically laughing Again this is not the location they were nice, this was the main line after hours. I would like to know if there's anything done about this, my number is 587-982-5874 -Andre

Well, the truck broke down half way to my destination, and it took 5 hours (9pm - 2am) before a tow truck arrived, despite being an hour away from a major city (not uhauls fault). But the people at uhaul roadside assistance were incredibly polite and helpful. However, once it was arranged to have the truck picked up via tow truck and returned to Edmonton, the location I rented from was apparently uninformed and then contacted me and accused me of not returning the truck. Overall, everyone I dealt with from Uhaul was polite, professional and courteous, and despite my small adventure I would rent from the company again.

Your customer service representatives were very scattered and disorganized. It took 50 minutes to complete the paper work to rent a trailer. I have rented commercial class 1 trucks in less time. Also although the managers and staff were not rude to me or my wife, their behavior and conduct was appalling. Another customer had mentioned to them that her rental got stuck due to the snow and that maybe winter tires would be a good idea. After she left the manager said very loudly "what a fucking idiot, does she not know what a fucking fleet is? What happens when that truck goes to Arizona?". I understand he has a valid point, however his attitude to his customer was disgusting. Why should he speak that way after getting a kind suggestion? Also why would he assume that everyone outside of his industry should know how that industry operates? That was ignorance at its finest. You should look into that if this location cannot appreciate the customers it has it will lose them. I will not go back solely because of this. I will not recommend this location because of this, as a businessman I value my customers and will not treat them this way behind their back or to their face. My experience itself was uneventful the prices were good, your csrs was disgusting and I was embarrased for them and myself for having seen their behavior.

At the time I was picking up my vehicle another customer was having a dispute over some matter. I didn't catch enough of what had led up to this to know who was right or wrong. The three younger staff seemed to be making reasonable attempts to calm the situation, find common ground, etc. The (I believe) supervisor who was summoned to deal with this demonstrated zero interest in solving the problem merely escalated the situation to a worse level. It was hard for me to even hear what the counter rep was saying to me. Not even my issue, but the supervisor made it my issue.

Get rid of hidden fees that are not on the website! Ex. the MANDATORY insurance ($15), and the mileage PLUS gas. Also, start the vehicle with a full tank so it's not so complicated to replace what was used! Ended up costing way more than I thought. Won't use U-Haul again.

The west side uhaul was good. got the inspection right away and got it dropped off. But still not impressed with Uhaul in general. They called me only 45 minutes before my drop off time to try and switch the location of my drop off. As I had so many problems picking up the truck I was not going to deal with going out of my way again and so I dropped it off at the west side anyways. Uhaul can pay a driver to drive the truck to another location.

Customer Agents were slow and seemingly confused with mundane transactions leading to lengthy lineups. Understanding that weekend traffic is probably the peak time, the agents seemed unprepared and stressed. By way of example, it appeared an inordinate amount of time was wasted in finding and preparing vehicles and/or equipment for waiting customers. As a result, lineups were long and the adjacent parking / equipment lot became a mess. It was dissapointing to wait 30 minutes to be served for pick-up. Personally I had pressing business and this delay put an unforecasted stress on my schedule. On drop-off 8 hours later it was much of the same. There were no lot staff to assist with unhitching and parking the rented trailer and there was no post-use inspection by the staff. The staff seemed to be doing all they could to keep up with the lineup of customers. Would not recommend this location.

We live in Central Canada where temp drops below -30f during winter time. the truck did not have the snow tires on. We had few close calls where we could got into serious accidents. We called the store and staff was transferring calls to different reps. I called the manager in the morning to ask few questions, she hung up while i was talking to her. We rented U-haul before and we had great service. With poor service from the store and poor maintenance of the vehicle, we will not rent U-Haul again.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The amount of dollies available plus the elevator made it easy to compete the move easily. The concerns I had with my visit involved an inconvenience involving unavailable disc locks at the facility and the sub level customer service I received from the front line staff. As I was voicing my concerns over the required disc lock application one staff member had continued to argue with me and speak over my sentences. It was that embarrassing the manager had to direct the employee to go home to diffuse the situation. Thankfully the manager recognized the unavailable disc locks at this facility was an inconvenience as patrons were required to purchase at Home Depot and offered to cover the cost of the lock. Further to the experience I found myself I'm front of an inexperienced CSR as she had difficulty maneuvering through the required steps on the computer to finalize my contract. FYI...put your personal cell phone down and stop texting while helping a customer.
