There is no customer parking space at the location. It makes a littl hard to drop off the truck wait for some one how can give a ride.other than that, overall an excellent customer service.

There was a female teller and male. The male was professional and polite. The female wasn't vwry tactful, and definitely wasnt professional. Other than that everything was tip top.

When we rented the truck the owner at the pick up location told us to call the 800 number to ask for a location to drop off after hours. The person on the phone sent us to a location that did not have after hours drop off and it happened to be in the area of the Seattle Seahawks stadium just as a game was letting out. It was infuriating and a tremendous waste of our time in an unfamiliar city. We called back and were sent to the MLK location which was a long way from where we were and very late at night. It would have been very helpful to have been sent to the correct place from the very start.

Attendant was very busy but went out of his way to accommodate my return.

Same problem. When I called a MONTH in advance, I told them I wanted to pick up at TV Highway in Beaverton (they sent me to Tigard the day of), and I told them I wanted to drop off on Rainier, ZIP code 98144. The contract sent me to Renton -- at least 10 miles south of here. I luckily got in touch with the right person and changed the location back to the right one. But that's 0 for 2 on location assignment. And again, the first lady one the phone said that the Tigard and TV Highway location are "really close" to each other. How can she say that? For all she knows, our house could be one block away from the TV Highway location. In that case, the TIgard one is thousands of times farther away. They are not "really close" unless you live in Alabama.

Make sure your workers wear deoderant. And make sure there's not standing water in the back before you sign another customer to the rig.

The checkout/arrival process was slow and there were not enough agents to help every customer. I entered my info for an expedited checkout beforehand but I was still required to give my cc and id. Seems like there needs to be more attention to detail here.

MLK drive, MLK junior drive, MLK junior way south are all different. My GPS and my wife's GPS all sent us to another place when we typed in this address. When I called I got someone who wasn't actually at the site and could not give me directions.

BIG PROBLEM WITH FINDING LOCATION!!!! It is not adequately mapped on google maps or mapquest, so we wasted 1 hour driving around a trailer park... PLEASE FIX this.

- My truck was parked in. - I didn't appreciate the check-out process taking twice as long as normal, because the manager was putting his new hire through what appeared to be his first rental. - I didn't appreciate the new hire spending around 5 minutes on what appeared to be non-customer facing business before getting around to checking me out. - The truck in question was not (as far as I could make out the description) where it was described to be by the manager, and was parked in. - I didn't appreciate being dragooned into post rental lights checks. That never happens when I rent a car, and I don't recall it ever happening when I rented a truck. - The driver's sun visor wasn't latched up as it was missing the latch, and it kept drooping right into my line of sight while I drove. Overall, it wasn't a negative experience, but I had a strong sense that this location put no value on my time. I'd rent from them again, but only because even with the time wasting, I wouldn't save any time driving to the next nearest location.

The truck I was given was horrible to drive. I drive a lot of u-hauls as I am a stager & rent them all the time. I have never rented from this location, but it was only place that had a 24 ft. Truck. It was in terrible condition & really scary to drive. Transmission is on it's way out & steering was tough. pretty stressful experience.

A little slow getting checkedin. It seemed a little short staffed. but those staff people who were there answered all questions thoroughly and with patience, even if was slightly aggravating for those of us in line. I appreciate the willingness to give helpful answers

The staff person forgot to give me the blankets that I had paid for and I had to return for them. Otherwise, everything was great, quick, efficient.

When we arrived, we were told that there was no truck available. The very nice representative finally took pity on me when I started to cry and found us a smaller truck over an hour after we were supposed to have started moving. Given the smaller truck, we had to make multiple trips, increasing the milage and price of the rental. What a horrible experience! Moving is stressful enough, U-haul made it ten times worse.
