The staff were cheery and very helpful. I've been to other locations where I felt like everyone hated their jobs and the customers for ruining their peace and quiet.

Only staffed by one employee who did her best but was only one person with many responsibilities.if in a hurry go elsewhere

The location would have been fine if Seattle hadn't put the light rail tracks where they did.

Nothing. I will never use Uhaul. Or at least try to avoid them. The strorage I used. Had rats. Ruined our bed. Clothes couches rugs. The worst thing about it. The response time has been horrible!

More workers Fri-sun. Long wait and the only person working is doing too many things at one time

We needed and ordered a 10' Truck and was given instead a 14' Truck and that added extra work and effort to drive a truck that overwhelmed and didn't fit the load and couldn't be driven more safely. We were able to exchange it, but at extra expenses to unload and re-load the items. Otherwise at the local level, service was very helpful, place was clean and Truck worked wel for our drive back to Montana.

While the attendees were professional and helpful, there seemed to be little business integration between the 3 elements of this job from my perspective. Truck was fine, but i let them know up front, that i'd drive the truck to Los Gatos and return it on the morning of the 22nd. THEREFORE, the supplies that i ordered on line, delivered two days later were of NO USE to me. When i sent an email to the same box that sent me an automated notification of shipping of these supplies, i was told they couldn't cancel the supplies order. Also, i asked for labor to help unload the truck on the afternoon of the 21st - somehow, they took Friday the 25th (the automated time placed on the truck order?). So, i didn't get the manpower i needed during my very clear window, i'm forced to get a bunch of move supplies that are of no use to me. I think you guys should have a more integrated system to catch these things.

I actually ended up deciding to use a mover so I wouldn't have to drive a truck and tow my car. But both times I called the person was very helpful (different person each time) and it was easy to cancel my order, which is very much appreciated.

I had a mixed a mixed customer service experience with the store manager. Overall I did not feel very welcomed. When I had questions regarding the rental the manager acted annoyed. The van was clean in the loading area, but had a terribly dirty windshield and dashboard. Also the gas was not full. That was not very convenient. Note my last experience with this location was excellent. This one was mediocre.

Make sure that the equipment that is reserved is actually at the location you say it's going to be on the date of pick up. On my moving day we didn't get too start until the afternoon that day because the Renton location I went to that my reservation was for, the equipment was not there...the truck I reserved was actually being used in another state! This glitch made moving day the worst day of my life...luckily the Seattle location had the size truck I needed and it was available..but even so..I shouldn't have to fight to rent a truck..was very disappointed with U-Haul that day and very reluctant to rent again but have to this up coming week to move stuff from my mom's in Portland to where I live now in Marysville...am scared to know what will go wrong that day with the truck rental. It wasn't the Seattle location' s fault...it's the reservation departments fault. Three Seattle location was very nice and understanding of my frustration, they have more a nice newer truck and have me extra miles to help make up for the miles I had to drive and extra miles on the uhaul I would be putting on the truck driving back to the apartment I was moving from. I recommend this location..just make sure you call the actual location to reserve...online reservations are not reliable.

Ur rep. "M." needs common courtesy lessons, as well as how to be thorough. I suggested help for her yawning without covering her mouth the 3rd time. She said that she needed more coffee, and continued to do it. Real customer service there does Not Exist The male working there seems to think that his co-worker is a "girl". Child Labor? Maybe, I'd use another of your locations.

I was on hold for 50 minutes before learning where I could drop off the trailer. I drove to two locations during that time and they would not help me or had now way to get a hold of an operator who would tell me where to drop off the trailer. Aweful.

I was told at the pickup location that upon arrival at our destination I would give the cross-streets to a phone-rep and they would give me the nearest drop-off location. However, when I called the number they said the nearest location that could accept a 6x12 trailer was clear on the other side of town. That required us to navigate through Seattle in the middle of p.m. rush hour (which was extremely inconvenient). What made matters worse, no phone rep (I spoke with 3 different ones) could give me accurate directions. This was extremely frustrating, especially the last person because we were told they were a Seattle resident and knew the area well. This was clearly not the case - we REALLY needed to speak with someone at the drop-off location and there was NO WAY to get anyone there. I understand it may get busy, but when someone (a Customer like me) needs to get there ASAP (the facility was about to close and we needed to get back on the road) SOMEONE SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE TO SPEAK WITH. BAD, BAD CUSTOMER (PHONE) SERVICE.

There was no parking for my vehicle while a rented a van. I had to park my car a block away. The manager was very rude! Long wait times. There appeared to be only one person on staff, to do everything.

The general manager was extremely helpful even if she is the only one working that day at that location. Outstanding customer service.
