Declutter the return laneway or improve signage at entryway for where returns are to be left. Give the windshield interior a wipe, someone sneezed and left some gunk on the inside. Mind you, better clean the steering wheel too. Staff were great.

The truck was not clean, and the lady on the desk could have been nicer to customers (just a smile would have been fine), I wouldn't recommend the location for people who don't drive, but those who don't depend on the public transit, I would.

Everything was good except for the appliance dolly was covered in some type of yellow grease. Didn't notice it until after moving items as they we covered on one side with yellow goo. Associates should check all items for cleanliness before place in units for use.

Clean the bugs off from the last trip. The oil wasn't checked or reported that it burns dry in the truck. The auto transport blew a tire. The truck leaked water all over my personal belongings because of a cheap patch job and the straps kept coming un-hooked from the wheels of my car. So the experience was the worse I have even had and we are now having to claim for water damage. The roadside assistance program was wonderful.

The truck that I reserved a week earlier was there waiting for me when I arrived. This is the third time in the past year that I rented from this location and as usual the staff at the front and in the lot were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this location.

Online help told me that the reservation had been changed to 7 hours after I could not change it from 5 myself. It had not been; and I had booked elevators under the impression it was 7 (like I was told). I took the truck "full", but when I went to fill it back up, it took $26 worth of fuel. I doubt my 22miles of driving used 25 litres of fuel. The equipment that I'd ordered was unavailable, though I probably just overlooked that fact when I reviewed my confirmation. It was the conflicting stories about the reservation length that was a very serious problem. Disappointing to say the very least.

I booked a trailer online. I even "checked in" online, to reduce the time I would have to spend in the office. I still had to wait for 30 minutes to get to the front of the long line - only to be told someone had already rented out the trailer which had been reserved. Then they found that there was another trailer which should have been returned, but had not. The lady called and was told the trailer would be returned. So that then became "my trailer" and my problem. She suggested that I should go and get a coffee and come back later, because she had no idea when the trailer would be back. When I said that would not work for me, they offered to give me $50! I appreciated the gesture, but the $50 did not do anything to solve my problem. If I could not rely on U-haul or on the booking system, someone should have told me. The attempt to ignore the fact that the trailer which had been reserved for me had been rented out - probably while I was standing in line - and to make the unreturned trailer my issue, was unacceptable.

I cam in the AM to pick up a trailer. I had to wait 45 minutes in line which is fairly excessive. The staff were very friendly, however, why not hire more cashiers? The yard was extremely chaotic. There needs to be better signage to prevent people from parking/driving into it. Overall staff were great but management of the location was poor.

The back of the truck was dirty and soiled my mattress and sofa cushion,I had to rearrange my helpers because they double booked my truck, and the girl behind the counter was very snotty. Even when I called in the people on the phone were very rude. Because I had to have it back by 11pm I couldn't get gas anywhere near the drop off so now I will be charged an outrageous amount of money to put less than a quarter of a tank of gas back in. I was very sir and tired after my move and to top it off I had to walk 5 blocks back to my car after I dropped of the truck because they don't have customer parking. Not impressed.

We made a reservation with a credit card over the phone 3 week before our move and when we arrived at the time specified on the confirmation they did not have what we reserved. We were told that they hadn't had the equipment in several months and that they didn't take reservations but that they get this all the time. Why do they bother making a reservation with a credit card when the company doesn't even take reservations and all equipment is first come first serve. If one of the several people I talked to before moving day had said it was based on availability I would have showed up in the morning. Your customer service is horrible and I can't believe your answer to not honoring my reservation is that you don't take them and this confusion happens all the time. If it happens all the time why don't you change it? I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience and have yet to hear 1 people explain to me why you make reservations for something that is first come first serve?
