Maybe have 3 people taking care of customers at the end of the month. The line was 20 minutes even though we had booked a reservation and done the online checkin. No worries. The mood was good. The point is that we only have the truck til 4 or 5 so waiting in line for 20 - 30 minutes uses valuable move time. All in all...Blackfoot has served us well both times we have used them.

The truck was falling apart. All the emergency lights were on and the signal light was broken. Then kilometers weren't tracked before I took it so they didn't even know where to start. Horrible.

The clerk was snotty. I was given a 10' truck rather then the van I reserved (and charged the cost of the truck too) and was told by the clerk that the 1-800 number for U-Haul was only for American clients and that they gave me false and misleading information. I have rented from other locations before and never had a problem. This experience was horrible and I will not go back.

I've used this location many times. Your representatives have consistently been inattentive, uncaring, and sometimes rude. I've never made any complaint until now. When we were told our reservation made a month prior would not be honoured as booked, there was no customer service to mitigate the situation, no communication prior to pick up and we were told that it didn't matter whether we were informed prior or not because we would have had to do what they wanted whether we had known or not. Had we known, we could have made other arrangements. Instead we ended up stuck with a truck that was too small and needed to make several trips to get our move done, using double the travel time and kilometres. At this location there just always seems to be something wrong with either the trucks, the staff, or the booking process. I hope things change in the future or perhaps a change in management is needed.

I came in the morning to get some boxes and inquired about my truck being ready. I was told it was and I had to go to Barlow to get it. Once arriving there, I'm informed I got bad info and that I don't have a truck. No one got back to me or helped me at all in the situation, which turned into me sitting in my apartment buildings lobby for 6 hours waiting for the phone call that it's finally in. So the call comes and it's at this location, so I come to get it. The fuel level on the sheet is wrong, and the miles weren't recorded properly. End result, I'm getting double charged for "extra miles" and for "fuel surcharge" because the attendant here didn't input TWO things correctly. Very annoyed overall with my UHaul experience here and I couldn't even get a "I'm sorry we fucked you" discount. Just a too bad and have a nice day, o and you're paying full price plus penalties you didn't even do for a truck that was 6 hours late. Awesome

Front counter service was great! Delivery of the trailer was poor. The gentleman seemed to make unnecessary moves of equipement and having me move my vehicle several times. I could have hooked the equipment up in half the time. Upon returning the equipment it was not checked in properly. I received a call informing me I was late even though I was 3 hours early. Have been charged for the additional time.

Only issue I have is I couldn't book the size trailer I wanted ( 6x12) initially. And I find that it is much better to phone the actual location ratherthandeal with the "central" bookings. Location seems to have a much better idea of what they really have. Had to book a 5x8 but when I went to pick it up there was a 6 x12 available. Understandably people cancel stuff at the last minute..just frustrating

Rented u-haul from 7 am to 1:30 p.m., was advised that the next person was not picking up vehicle until 4:30 p.m. and that I had flexibility on the return time - was told 2pm is not an issue. Delivered the truck at approx. 1:50p.m. Went inside to pay and was quoted a fee much higher. When I asked her to break it down, she proceeded to advise me that I was an hour late - and was told " well I hope you feel good about leaving these people waiting an hour for their truck" I advised her that indeed I was not an hour late as the contact in my hand said 1:30p.m. and NOT 1:00 p.m. as she yelled in front of all of the customers. She said she didnt care and that we were late regardless and we were being charged another full day rental. I advised her that I didnt understand as I was told 2pm was fine and that the truck was not rented until 4:30p.m. and was told not too worry if I was a bit late. She said "someone here lied to you", told her that I would not pay the extra day fees where she proceeded to argue with me. After yelling at me for about 5 minutes in front of a large crowd, she reduced the fee to what I had been quoted. Not impressed with the customer service and not impressed with her attitude. Will never use this place again.

Hours should be more flexible. Should be open at 8 am on weekends especially if someone wants to pick up equipment early on a Sunday. Was more flexible in April this way. I cancelled my reservation on Sunday because of this and went with another company who accommodated my early pickup. Cheaper too.

The odometer should have been read in km. I was harge 1.6 times extra for milage because the folks in the branch read it and issued the receipt in miles. When I called customer service to complain the told me a manager will call me in 72 hours to investigate..So basically I have to pay the wrong charges first then the manager will investigate after three days!!! I asked the customer service rep for a copy of the phone call and she said she will send it but never did!! The overall customer service experience is very poor and frustrating..

I have rented here before and always found long lineups. This time I checked in online and still found a 1 hr lineup. Under staffed and needs a priority line to just pickup a trailer. I will not come back to this location.

I was overcharged for fuel as the tank indicated between 3/4 and 1/2 when I returned the vehicle. The fuel was also overstated by 1/8 when I picked it up and I had to ask the attendant to correct. Lastly, there is an oil leak on the truck, and my concrete driveway now has oil stains.

It was very handy to have a dedicated motorcycle trailer, and am thankful U-Haul offers such a trailer. The staff were prompt and friendly. My only complaint is the lights on the trailer did not work and the tires were bald! Which was very nerve racking when pull my motorcycle on it. Overall the experience was good, minus some required maintenance to the trailer.

Offer a discount if returned early. We rented a truck for 6 hours, not knowing how long we needed it for. Only used it for less than 4… And filled the petrol up.

This was an excellent place but I was asked to drive the U haul because i had a license. It turned out that the fella i was to drive it for had no intention to pay for this U haul and buggered off with the keys. It took me over a day to get the keys back and return the U haul to the place it was rented from and got flack from the young gal there for the outstanding bill. when i went it was my understanding that the fella who was paying was responsible for any fees not me. I made it clear that i was only driving the U haul nothing more and she said that was fine the fella i was with would be responsible for any fees there after. Any how it was a complete shit show so if you are asked to drive for somebody who pays dont because you will be fucked in your ass!
