Employees were very helpful and quick to get the customers out the door and on their way. Supplies and displays could be better presented and organized. Overall great job by staff especially considering the cold, ice and snow.

The truck was in poor conditions. Starting from the side mirrors that were loose and hanging to terribly squeeky breaks and terrible turning sounds.
Also, I had ordered a 20" truck. I was called at 4:30PM Friday, the day before the move and was told I was getting a 26" truck which was far too large for my stuff but we had to make it work. Moreover, I had also ordered a dolly with straps. When I got the truck back to the house the dolly was NOT put in the truck. I called and the lady told me she would have one of her guy bring me the dolly... 1 hour later no news so I called and she tells me that they got busy and woulnd't make it so I had to go back to get the dolly. The dolly was also in poor conditions with straps 75% eroded away, tho they worked I wouldn't recommend using them again. When it was time to pay she refused to give me the dolly for free after all the trouble I had to go through to get it, her pathetic excuse was "I did everything I could." Terrible service especially when she knew it was the last of the month and it is the busiest day and yet couldn't staff properly and provide good service.

the back of the truck was filthy with trash including empty condom wrappers. the cab was just as filthy with ashes everywhere, smelled like filth and cigarettes. the truck didnt not so much as have windshield wipper flid in it so i couldnt get the salt off to clearly see.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. The equipment was absolutely trashed. I rented a car dolly and one taillight was hanging by the wires and the entire thing rattled like crazy making me wonder how long it had been since it had been serviced.

Excellent service. The cargo van and dolly were ready to go when I arrived. I used the on-line check-in, which is a nice feature, so the paper work only took a couple of minutes. And I was in and out in two minutes for the return.

When we initially arrived in the store, there was a woman, and her small son behind the counter. There was another employee standing nearby. The woman was on a personal phone call which she continued while we were waiting at the counter. Based on what she felt free to discuss while we were present, this was not a business call. I passed my reservation paperwork over the counter to her and she began to process the order. She asked the other employee to go get our rental truck but still had not greeted us. When she hung up the phone, she proceeded with the order. There were two charges placed to my master card today; the first was an estimated $ 85 and change at 3:30. Later when my son and husband returned the truck @ 5:30, another charge of $79.oo and change was also charged to my master card. I received notices of both charges on my Master Card from Master Card. I did not receive a receipt removing the first charge of $85.00 and change. Now I have to make another trip back tomorrow to determine why this is the case. I won't use this U-Haul agian as we have in the past. thank you for your time.
