I had a great experience at this location. I had originally gone to the location near 620 and Anderson Mill, but they did not have the equipment I was looking for (still a wonderful and helpful experience, though!). However, they recommended this location to me for its customer service, equipment, and location. The staff was friendly and helped make my move so much easier. The price ended up being exactly what we were quoted, no hidden charges or fees thrown in after the fact. I would not hesitate to use either this location or the 620 location again, or to recommend either of these locations to my friends. I'm so glad I went with U-Haul!

Extremely DIFFICULT to reach a drop-off location by phone (1 1/2 hr.) to confirm that they were open to receive trailor. Had to make 3 or 4 calls before reaching traffic manager (Misty) to confirm drop-off location.

The owner was kind of a jackass when I first pulled in. After he understood that I was scheduled to return the equipment there he softened up. I was a day and a half late with equipment due to Memorial holiday pushing our close date back a day. But he only charged me a single extra day instead of two.

You can ensure that plenty of trucks are available before reserving one. I had to wait 40 minutes because the person who had the truck did not return it in time. The manager was nice enough to give me a bigger truck for the same price as what I reserved. She also didn't charge me for the furniture dolly I wanted. That's great customer service. That's how you take care of inconvenienced customers and build loyalty. Thanks.

Our experience with uh aural was frustrating . When we received our call to confirm our reservation we were not informed our pick up location had changed. So after arriving and waiting 30 minutes for service we were told we had to pick our truck up another 8 miles away.

Charles was fantastic and really helped us out of a bind. We'd picked up a trailer, thinking it would hold all of our belongings, but ended up needing a truck because of weight issues. Charles took care of us, and went above and beyond. Best customer service I've had in recent memory. A++

Stop using GM trucks vtbe van we drove in my opinion was a piece of junk! E end though it was a late model, it is typical of GM's poor engineering! I've drive. 26' bobtail s that were better riding and better riding than that thing.
