No one was there to help is get keys, we had no idea what to do. We did appreciate Toni, who showed up and was very helpful. The inside of the truck had water in it so we had to mop and dry it out before loading anything.

KEVIN DThe lot was muddy everywhere and we nearly got stuck. For trucks like this there needs to be at least a gravel lot (if not paved) where they are parked.
