Business hours didn't reflect break time from 12pm to 1pm. We had to drop off on the lot which wasn't a big deal for us.

Rene RRenting the truck via the app was a terrible experience! The app required filling out so much information, the internet signal at the location was poor, it started raining, and I had to take photos of the truck from every angle. Not to mention the price, which was much higher than the quote we got at the physical store. The truck was filthy!
JUCILEINE MI dropped it off after hours, so I can't comment on the personnel. However, what I didn't like and didn't know, was I was pulling a trailer "one-way" and I didn't have a designated drop-off location. Normally, you'd think the app (specifically for u-haul) didn't have the option to drop off due to "one-way" and designated drop-off location. I had to call in and the the first thing I heard was, "The wait time is one hour". Uhhh. Anyway, a u-haul rep picked up after about 15 minutes and assigned a designated drop-off location. So I was able to go back and drop off the trailer after dealing with an app that couldn't help me. App needs to have this feature.
Dan GNo one was there to help is get keys, we had no idea what to do. We did appreciate Toni, who showed up and was very helpful. The inside of the truck had water in it so we had to mop and dry it out before loading anything.
