you should make sure this location comes up as an option or pick up in Indianapolis, as I had my items stored there and it is not an option for pick up

I always go to the Shadeland location. The employees are friendly and fast. I have recommended the Shadeland location before & I'm sure I will again. I joke that I should have stock with UHaul by now, I have moved more then I'm willing to admit & UHaul has always been my truck of choice.

This was a great rental experience. The checkout/checkin process was smooth, fast and easy. The trailer I rented was in great condition and towed really nicely. The general manager was friendly and helpful. Not sure what could have gone better!

I was missing my appliance dolly on the truck when I rented it...I called customer service and she never put it in the call record. They were supposed to give me driving credit for having to go back/send someone to get it.The only way I got any kind of credit was because the U-Haul guy recalled my brother coming in to get the dolly. The call center needs to keeps better records of the calls that go to the call center, or else I would have been screwed because they never put the dolly on the truck the first time I pulled off with the truck!

Your staff was super behind in their return check-ins and said that anyone that paid by credit could leave. I was more than happy to take them up on their offer. Two hours later, I was told that I didn't return the dolly and there would be fee of around 60 dollars. I refused to pay it and asked them to review their security video. Two days later I was told that I didn't return the truck. I told them I did and one of your staff said he would look into it. No one bothered to call me about it so I called to check. It was after normal hours so I was routed to another number. They said the system showed everything returned. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with this branch's incompetent and/or shady staff. On a side note the Manager was the one to check me in and give me the truck. He was nice and did his job well. The staff under him however need some work. Thanks for reading if anyone ever takes the time to get this far into my rant. Cheers.

make sure that the person checking the trailer lights to actually tell the renter they cant take the trailer when the right side lights don't work. i was puller over 30 minutes after getting trailer because the turn and brake lights didn't work on the right side. i only got a warning, but it was frustrating.

The signage on the van and in the store is in a gray area. The fees and mileage bumped my $19.99 rental to nearly $80.00. While I understand that this allows Uhaul to keep prices low, I find the difference between the signs and final bill to be too great to make me satisfied with the rental.

The young man who waited on me during my pick up and return, Otis Williams Jr., was the most personable, respectable, manerable, knowable person ever! Very polite! It was the best Customer Service experience I have had in a long time! Kudos to Otis!

Start by doing what is promised. I drove 26 miles and put $10 in gas in the truck. I think you need to check out those gas charges on my bill. I showed the attendant when I returned the truck less than two hours later that he marked 3/4 instead of 1/4, he verified this and ASSURED me he would take care of it. Clearly he did not. We will be refusing this billing and I will be contacting the manager of this questionable franchise tomorrow morning.

The parking of vehicles from the night before was blocking the entry to the front door. Snow was the big issue, but also very poor plowing and direction for anyone to realize the best way to get to the front door. The only two employees for the morning was being very polite, but I truly felt sorry for them.Customers where unhappy about the parking and other issues. My reservation was fine and did not have any personal issues, other then the parking.

the storage that I have had a lot of water in it I pray my property does not mold, the man at the register was nice enough to wet mop it twice and gave us blankets to lay on the floor because it was too cold to dry. When I called the lady explained I would get a free month because I reserved a truck & got a storage but when I arrived the clerk said that deal was for ppl that has one way svc with the truck this does not make any sense...
