After finally getting a van on fowler that location was great and the service was friendly and great.
Besides a nickel and dime sceem about the fuel gauge, the staff was very nice and helpful
The ability to do quick diagnostic checks via OBD2 at rental locations would reveal engine problems. Diesels should be available, even on van based trucks.

Can't fix perfection!!....these people are GREAT! Very professional, friendly, kind, helpful....I'd drive out of my way to do business with this location....The lady that helped us inside was fast friendly a real joy....I didnt get her name I think Charlot? Sorry! And Drew was a very kind helpful young man, came right out side & hooked the trailer up for me...& they were VERY busy amazing! !!
The 1800 people are extremely unhelpful and were going to charge me $50 to drop off my rental at a city that I paid already to drop off my truck.
While the staff was good, the location failed to check the truck and left the hood cracked open which started to raise up and down while I was on the interstate.
When i got there to pick up the truck the guy gave me the clip board and said your truck is at the end go check it out and then bring it up so we can finish the paper work. If i could give you a 0 for this I would it was the worst rental I have ever had.

I was double charge on my credit card for the rental. The explanation was that I had it for 5 days. We drop the the Trailer back that same evening and place by the side of the building. Apparently they don't even check there inventory. I am very dissatisfy with the service and would not recommend this location at all.
Please do not offer a vehicle with 1/4 tank of fuel. It means you have to fill up twice AND try to get it back to exactly 1/4 tank (go over and pay for the extra fuel; go under and pay Uhaul a ridiculous fee to fill per gallon). It really puts extra burden on the customer.
Fast and easy. I recommend.
