The brakes on the truck were bad. I had to basically stand on them to stop safely. I requested a dolly that I never received,but was charged for. Then they check the truck in a hour after I returned it and attempted to charge me extra. I had to reach out to Customer service, as I call the store and no one answered. I parked the truck and finished moving in cars.
