How U-Haul Reviews WorkCustomer Service at this location is horrific. He wouldn't get up from behind his desk to help. He was rude. I told him I would be putting up a bad review and he said, "I don't care". I contacted Corporate and made a complaint. The other 2 locations I frequent are 5 stars. This location should be shut down! No joke.
Sherri BThe brakes on the truck were bad. I had to basically stand on them to stop safely. I requested a dolly that I never received, but was charged for. Then they check the truck in a hour after I returned it and attempted to charge me extra. I had to reach out to Customer service, as I call the store and no one answered. I parked the truck and finished moving in cars.
