The service was great!
Elizabeth CThe location drop off was fine, no issues. The UHAUL app was again the problem. I had no way to check out or return truck on the app. I handed over the keys and left. Couldnt call UHAUL cause the wait time was over 2 hours, couldnt chat cause no one was available. If you insist on customers using the app, you should make sure it actually works. Not sure Ill use UHAUL again after this.
