I got to the location and it said that it opened up at 11 o'clock. I got there at 12. It was closed. No one was there to help.

They lost the truck we returned and kept texting me that the truck was not returned. It took two weeks to resolve after me repeatedly calling. I’m very disappointed and will never use u haul again

Mayra RWorkers barely spoke English and were not familiar with how to check out a U-Haul. Had to wait close to an hour for a manager to arrive to hand over keys.
