PENLEY M | Overall ExperienceMy move in experience was not pleasant. I paid the reservation fee online prior to my move in date, yet when I arrived at the kiosk my unit wasn't reserved. I was told by the kiosk assistant that I should've received an email with a lease for me to sign, yet I never did. I had to go purchase a unit right then and there. On top of that, the website told me the size I was renting was going to be $75 for 1 month, yet I ended up paying $135 which is almost twice as much as I was LED to believe. I also had to leave to Home Depot to buy my own lock because the kiosk was out. I knew that I might had to have bought my own because it was listed on the site, but this just added the the already bad experience.

Cole D | Overall ExperienceI feel I got screwed on money owed. I was charged $170 to move if on the 15th and says y'all want regular payment on the 1st. So $170 for half a month. Full month is only $105?????? Please explain. Maybe it's a misprint. And no the only thing on the contract is what I paid and when payment is sure. There is no break down of charges or shut they are so high.
