CASILDA R | Overall ExperienceOverall good experience. Only issue we had was getting our account closed. We moved out and gave notice on 12/21/24 via "contact us"on the website. I got a reply thanking me for letting them know the unit was left unlocked. I noticed they still charged me the full amount in January. I stopped by the office and was assured that was how things worked and that I would credited. Was charged full amount again in February! So I called on 2/4/25 ND now they are showing that date as our move out. Need to call and get this straighted out. They already changed our 15 days notice when we rented to 30.days.
