I have been very impressed with u-haul overall and the ease. I want to shout out to the Slaughter Lane/I-135 team. The manager is a beast!! She's on top of it and her staff is well trained too! Thanks for making a crappy time for me easy!

Very few people have this skills as strongly as she does. I suggest she is compensated and promoted. KAREN R | Overall ExperienceI feel like the hours for storage unit users is horrible also the fact that I have to put in a code every-time the door closes is crazy, very time consuming and just dang right frustrating. I get the security and thank you for it but there has got to be a better method. Other wise your staff at this location are just the best. The manager is always in the best mood and helpful.

Gladys B | Overall ExperienceNo where to park, and rental trucks always parked in front of loading dock making it impossible to use for storage customers. And even if you get lucky and find a loading dock spot they have metal bars on the top of the whole loading dock that stick up 3-4 inches which is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Basically making the loading dock is unusable as you can’t roll dolly’s on to or off of a trailer or truck as the bar is in the way. Nice facility, staff could care less about you having no access to your storage / their rental truck always in the way (and some staff are nice others just rude when you even ask them to Move a truck so you can use the loading dock. They need to seperate rental area and storage area parking better.

She told the trainee to only read the policy when the GM around. I was charged different price than I booked online. They gave the me truck that was so close between two truck that I got stuck trying to get in between.
