MICHAEL L | First ImpressionsWhen we arrived with our moving truck to unload, there was a sign on the door saying their power was out. Lights were on somehow, as well as security system (maybe on a generator?), but elevator wasn’t working and sliding doors didn’t open. So we were unable to load our stuff into the unit. Had to leave it in the UHaul truck overnight and go buy a lock for it. Hope the elevator is working today or we’re going to need to switch to another location!

Rachel M | Online Move InStorage facility could not give me access to building due to IT problem. I closed the account after losing faith in facility and management. Calling the facility was awful. Once spent 15 minutes on hold. Maybe more staff is needed. This has definitely damaged the Uhaul brand a bit for me.
Raymond D | Overall ExperienceFacility's IT systems were not working properly and I could not be given working access code. So I have not been able to move in yet. This was not a problem 10 years ago. It is 2026 and it seems like IT systems are moving backwards in quality.

I should get my money back for not being able to access my unit. It was ridiculous and definitely the last time I ever book anything with U-Haul.

Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Incredibly clean facility, and friendly cleaning and maintenance staff. I kept the unit for 3 months at almost $200 a month for sentimental reasons, not even kidding. If I ever need a storage unit again, it will be here. Thank you so much for keeping my possessions safe, and doing more than you had to.
