• Great crew! Very quick, professional and efficient! I figured I'd have about an hour of work myself after their 2 hr window expired, but they did it all! My 70 yr old back really appreciated that! Would definitely recommend this company!

• Ryan and Ryan from Flawless Moving, LLC were outstanding. They were on-time, efficient, polite, and paid extra attention not to damage any walls and stair as they unloaded our home items. The only recommendation I would make would be to call the client or have dispatch call the client 20-30 minutes prior to arriving just to confirm.

• My cario cabinet was broken and when it was put in the truck it was wrapped in a blanket by the other guys and put where there was no way it could get broken. It’s at the top wood piece and had a chip of wood missing. Also the light cover on the inside came off too . I’m thinking when they brought it out of the truck it hit the top of the U-Haul. I wouldn’t complain but that piece of furniture was giving to me from my dad. I have a picture of the damage. Thank you

• We were disappointed with how our movers packed the contents of our truck. They did not plan beforehand for the large size of some of our furniture items and, because of that, some items were not secured properly during the move and were damaged.

• I had a heavy upright piano that needed to be taken inside, up steps. They carefully planned how to bring it inside of the house and never faltered to bring it in. They were resourceful and very communicative with each other to lift it up the steps.

• Guys were unprepared showing up for the move compared to other companies (no dolly or moving carts) especially for $150 per person. Also they weren’t as careful moving items and we had to mention how it should get moved or correct them. I would look elsewhere next time, definitely more value (only chose because they were top rated in U-Haul app which was disappointing)

• Absolutely fantastic, these guys were amazing! They never complained and nothing was damaged. They unpacked our fully loaded 26 ft truck in 2 hours and they didn’t just stick boxes here and there, they stacked them neatly and in an organized manner. I will definitely be calling them again when I’m ready to move the rest of my stuff.

• This was a disaster loading, the two guys that came took so long and I was charged for three hours, this is really unacceptable and worst still the loading was not done properly, we had to get a second vehicle to load the items. Without saying a word the company that offloaded in Chicago questioned who loaded us up. I believe this had been a rip off, only two guys within two and half hours were able to offload two trucks and put things away.

• I was really disappointed in the crew that came to help us unload. We carefully marked what room the boxes were to be placed in . . but two days later, I'm finding boxes marked garage in the kitchen, and other rooms are just as mixed. They just wanted to get the stuff off the truck and didn't bother to see what room to put it in. The crew lead seemed to care, but the others didn't and so I've spent the two last days carrying boxes from one room to another to unload them. It would have been so much better if they had simply read the boxes and put them where they belonged -- or asked where things went.

Two solid guys from Flawless Moving came in and packed the U-haul top to bottom, edge-to-edge, and managed to fit 90 percent of our house's things in it. • This moving company was excellent all the way through. I placed the order online in the late afternoon, for help to come on July 4th. I didn't know if this could even happen. But Mr. Damon called that evening and was kind and professional, and assured me his team was available. This group was amazing! They called me when they were on their way, they were prompt, and they were super quick. They were friendly and just super easy to work with, all the way through!. They helped us move items from a storage unit onto a rented uhaul van, and drove to the new apartment to help us unload the van. We had difficulty getting the key to our new apartment, and had to wait about ten minutes for the key to arrive. They were very understanding, and said they would stay productive, unloading what they could and bringing it close to the door so they were ready when the key arrived. And when it did, they worked quickly! I asked for their card so I could call them again! They were just wonderful!!
