I was contacted the same day the order was placed but had to coordinate with my family member receiving the U-Box. I texted to say I would call 2 days later and received Okay back. When I called there was no answer. I left 3 voice messages (voice mail does not identify the company or the person's name) and sent an email with no response. A few days later, I called Moving Help and was provided 2 alternate numbers. I got a hold of someone to arrange the delivery time who explained the main person was on a week cruise. The second person did not have access to the voice messages or email as there is no central number or email for the company. Before the scheduled delivery, I called the first number to confirm the second person had told the main person and all was fine. My family member told me their service was good; however, both people I spoke with on the phone were fairly casual.

Donald and his crew were lifesavers during our move. We had an unexpected delay with our boxes not being ready at the facility the morning of pick up. Fortunately, we were able to transfer the order to a new location that had the boxes available. Donald rearranged his schedule and picked up the boxes and moved us out late afternoon in the scorching heat up and down flights of stairs. All throughout the process he was accessible. I can’t say enough great things about Hands 2 Help.

I requested a moving window of 2-3 PM Eastern Time. Around 2 PM Eastern, I called to check on the status and was told the movers were still on track. When I called again at 3 PM Eastern, I received a rude response. I was told I had called too many times and that it was only 2 PM—apparently referring to Central Time. No one had ever mentioned the appointment was scheduled in Central Time. Upon contacting at 4-15 PM Eastern, the rep said they would contact the movers. About 10 minutes later, the movers called and said they were still 1 hour 50 minutes away. They finally arrived at 6-33 PM Eastern. The movers themselves were excellent—professional, efficient, and careful. Unfortunately, the poor communication, lack of clarity about the time zone, and the long delay disrupted our entire move-out plan. I highly recommend the moving crew, but not the company's scheduling or management.

The guys came on time and worked steady for 3 hours. They did pretty well. A few things got broke and some things didn't get put on the truck or back in the garage before the rain hit. Therefore, we did lose a few things to the rain. One guy really did an outstanding job but, his helper seemed to be a bit lost. Maybe it was his first real job. For the most part, the job got done with just a little loss.

These guys put in work. They were courteous and professional and were able to load my truck not only efficiently but effectively for a cross country trip. No items were damaged or broken during the move and no corners were hit at my home. Would highly recommend.

The movers were fast and only used 1 of 2 hours. However, I wish they handled my items with more care and were gentler with it all. A few times I had to point out that a box was labeled fragile and I also saw them kicking my stuff (not hard but I wouldn’t expect to see that). There was also a language barrier which made it difficult to communicate with them.

Your guys were AMAZING!! Everything from the booking to the manager to the follow up.. My experience was great. I didn't know the one of their names but Keshawn. I asked Keshawn if he was a master Textris player the way he maneuvered everything in that small truck. I was amazed. My guy said it wasn't the same truck I used before it was bigger but they made it work and made sure of my time of utilization. They were great! I'm not a really big tipper actually rarely do but I made sure I tipped them cause they did great!

AJ and Miguel were punctual, quick, and responsible. We worked in the rain and they made sure to wipe their feet each time they came into the house. They unloaded a 26ft truck in less than 2 hours! And they were cheerful and friendly the whole time. They were careful with fragile items and worked to ensure they did not scratch furniture or make marks on the walls. I'd highly recommend them!

Extremely disappointed! We used this company for a move from Chicago to South Carolina a few months ago and were very happy with them. They packed the truck like Tetris, and nothing shifted or broke the entire trip. The guys unloading the truck in SC even commented on how well it was packed. This latest move was horrific. We specifically requested that we have the same crew, which didn’t happen. This crew spoke absolutely no English . When I had to direct them to do something, they had to pull out their cell phone and use a pocket translator. At least one person on a crew needs to be able to speak fluently to the homeowner. They dragged our new mattress across the floor of the truck, causing black marks and stains all over it, after I told them specifically that I had a plastic mattress cover I had bought. Next, our truck was loosely packed. Everything shifted on the move and a lot of things were broken or scratched up. Not happy.

I had a great experience with these movers. They packed the truck very well. Utilized all the space I had and none of my items were damaged or scratched. Very professional, friendly and accommodating. They moved my things with as much care as if my belongings were their own. It felt as if I had a close family friend that knew what they were doing, helping me with my move. I work long hours and my move wasn’t 100 percent organized and they helped me wrap my things and give me pointers of how to wrap and get things ready for the truck so they would not get ruined. They worked hard, were very polite, and never complained, or half assed anything. It felt very refreshing and was very appreciated. If you work long stressful hours hands to help is the way to go. Rommel and his crew did a stupendous job in loading our truck in Chicago for our move to South Carolina. I waited to do a review until we got to our destination to see how our goods fared on the trip. First, these guys loaded our truck like it was Tetris. Everything was locked into place the way they stacked it. After our 900 mile trip, I opened the door and not a single item had shifted. Our unload crew even commented how great a job the loaders did. After unloading, not a single item was damaged or broken on the trip. These guys are highly recommended and we will use them again for our second trip later this year.

STAY AWAY! I texted at the beginning of the window the crew was supposed to show up for, and was told they would be ‘closer’ to an hour after that window ended. This is even after I stressed that we needed to finish the loading job by a certain time during booking. I expressed that this was unacceptable, and was told ‘this is a move, what do you expect?’ And then was told to cancel the services with U-Haul IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MOVING DAY. The crew finally ended up coming 2 hours late, even later than the one hour I was originally told, delaying us even more. This meant they showed up 15 minutes before we needed to leave. The crew was not friendly, and borderline rude when I asked them to shrink wrap a dresser with a blanket. Some crew members were standing around not doing anything during the load causing even further delays. Damage to furniture on arrival at next location only 30 miles away, so truck was also not packed well. Completely unprofessional. Would give zero stars if I could.

The taller guy (Lakes?) was great at fitting pieces into the truck. I’m glad I had the option to extend an hour and hope to use with my next move (assuming housing prices decrease, lol).

The move was so phenomenal, we reserved the following weekend requesting the same movers. Only one of the previous movers was available, however, the mover provided was just as great. Security at my old build was even a little pushy with them due to an error the building made. Security thought I did not reserve the elevator although I did with mgmt and mgmt double booked. Although our helpers were extremely helpful in getting our stuff up to the third floor, I have to rate them down because of the way they left trash around our property and outside on the streets. We gave them water bottles since it was a hot day, and after they finished they left some of the bottles out in our hallway, our truck, and on the neighborhood street (which we had to clean up after).

These guys really came through! Another company I hired backed out THE DAY BEFORE my move. I contacted Hands 2 Help and they squeezed me in their schedule for the next day. I had Marco and Keshawn and both were nice and professional. Only single thing that went wrong is that there were scratches in

The guys were nice but did not seem to flow together. Worked slow but tried to do a good job. Seemed like they were new to this type of work. We had to repack some items because the wooden chairs would have been damaged.

There was a 2 hour delay in service due to scheduling issues on their end, and communication during said time was spotty. Once the movers arrived they were very professional and quick.
