I highly recommend this team. They were reliable, communicative, and careful with my belongings from start to finish. Even when my plans changed unexpectedly and the move took longer than expected, they handled everything with patience and professionalism, which I truly appreciated. Having worked with other moving helpers before, I could immediately tell how attentive and experienced this team was. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, handled my belongings with care, and stayed focused on doing the job right. We have hired movers before with the same amount of stuff and these movers goofed off in the truck and didn't complete the full job. The house was packed and staged for loading at the front door as well so no real excuses. My husband had to finish on his own. The movers we had unload this move got the job done in 1.5 hours no complaints and had stairs which high priority didn’t have.

I received a text from the moving company saying, “ Hi, this is Julian with High Priority Moving. Im reaching out through text bc my phone is in the shop. Thanks to Matthew and Julian who did the heavy lifting. Both are courteous and also respectful of the things and the house. Liked the way they arranged all the furniture inside the truck. They made sure everything was placed safe, also mindful about keeping the floor & carpet tidy as it was snowing. They’re punctual, professional and communicative. Pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. I highly recommend High Priority Moving LLC to anyone looking for reliable and hardworking movers. I’ll definitely use them again for any future moves.

Loaders were thorough in the beginning but got a bit careless as the task neared completion. They also seemed to move in slow motion. I have a lot of experience loading and unloading, and hired this team because I didn't want to do it again. A 2 hour job extended to 5 hours and extra charges.

This crew is incredible. I was nervous because I'm not a super social person and I'm a solo girl and strangers make me a little nervous coming into my home but they were SO NICE !!! so nice and kind and super cool also harder faster workers than ive ever hired. We underestimated the difficulty amount of work the move would entail, but the movers pitched in and stayed longer (for which we of course paid additional) until we got to a reasonable stopping point. I tipped them accordingly as we wrapped up. Will happily use this company again!

I cannot say enough about Julian and his crew. They showed up on time. Listened to whar.needed to be done. Asked questions when clarification was needed. They stayed an an extra hour because the elevator stopped working. To make things a little more uncomfortable, it was cold and raining sporadically. I highly recommend using High Priority Moving.

High Priority Moving helped us when our scheduled movers bailed on us last minute. They communicated with us promptly as soon as we booked and on the day of the move, as well. They had no issue unloading our 15' truck in under an hour and a half with only two employees. Their service was great, and I will book with them again, should the need arise!
