They moved extremely slow. They took over 3 and a half hours to move a one bedroom apartment. I had to help them push my stuff into the hallway and bring it out to the truck because they were taking so long. They were very friendly but that’s about it. I’ve had many movers here and they by far took the longest. Once we passed the 2 hour mark I was told that if I wanted them to finish the job I would have to pay in cash so it just seemed a little bit like a scam. I would not use these guys again.

I was disappointed with both the condition of several items and the handling of fees during our move. Upon delivery, our couch was placed directly on the grass, resulting in visible stains on the bottom. The TempurPedic adjustable foundation arrived with rips, and one of the bed rails had noticeable nicks, definitely not what we expected for new furniture. Communication around additional fees was also frustrating. We received a call the day before the move stating there would be an extra charge for stairs. We informed the owner we were moving from one apartment to another and clarified via text on the day of the move that the second location had an elevator, so the stair fee wouldn’t apply. However, once unloading began, one of the movers informed us of another unexpected fee due to the length of the hallway, which he added on top of the stair charge even though the stairs weren’t used. He claimed he was renegotiating the fee while already on site and mid job, which felt unprofession

They came with two people, but only one was physically able to perform the work. My son and fiancé had to help with most of the moving. I had some large furniture- it is now damaged. My couched were dropped several times and the leather is completely scraped off the back and sides. I would never recommend this company. Its sad because the one giuy would've done a great job if he had someone else helping. This was a terrible experience.

I contacted Honest Movers a few hours before my move on New Years Eve and they were super accommodating for this short-notice request. I have moved 9 times in 10 years (for work) I have used movers all over. This company was hands down the worst. The supervisor on the site was rude, very very condescending, and complained that it was a short flat walk to the truck, they said if I did give them $50 more CASH ONLY they would leave ( I had already prepaid for two hours) the total move only took an hour and ten minutes. So I negotiated $40 to make them go away. Please don’t use their services . Shady is putting it lightly.

They helped me with the time, were there late due to daylight savings which I appreciate and I tipped them pretty well. Besides that the two guys who came out were horrible, they broke many things many old antiques that have been in my family for multiple generations. They left boxes labeled glass or fragile upside down or on their side causing the items inside to break. My dinner table has been gouged, they dented the frame of my sliding door trying to force an item inside which I had to tell them how to do their job and to go feet first. They were very loud, they kept yelling and making yipping noises and had loud music. This was my first night there and already had neighbors complaining about how loud they were. They were so unprofessional and handled our items so badly my mother had to go upstairs then cried when she saw all her things that have been passed down to her broken and destroyed. It was a horrible experience and would never get them again. Huge regret.

Due to a poor load by another company I called Honest Movers at 4 p.m. and asked them to unload and reload my 26ft UHaul truck. They responded that they could help and they did such an excellent job. Arriving before 6 p.m. they were finished before 9 p.m. that same evening. The truck was packed to the ceiling and nothing moved after a seven hour drive to Nashville TN. Even the unloaders in TN agreed that it was loaded skillfully. The guys were very kind and cooperative. Don't hesitate to hire this company for your move!

The movers damaged a dining room table with deep gouges because they did not wrap it in blankets that were provided, refrigerator was dented, scratched on the front and a drawer inside was broken. They were not very careful when they loaded the truck. Additionally, they stated that a 3 bedroom house with furniture would fit on the 26ft truck and told me they could not load all the furniture. I am so disappointed and upset with the damage to some of the furniture and with the level of service that was provided.

My apartment complex put me in the wrong apartment and I had a narrow window to move out of one on the second floor and into another on the third floor. Requested Thursday evening or Friday morning through U-Haul. Then was contacted that they had a first job on Friday and could be here by lunch. They arrived at about 20 till four in the afternoon. I understand other customers delay you but your first job was in Charlotte. No way you could get to us by lunch when your first job was an hour and 45 minutes away from our location. Worst moving experience I've had in over thirty years, and have used many companies. Contracted for two hrs a crew of two. Only Tyler showed up said his helper cancelled and finally got another helper one hr later. Straight forward job move bedroom furniture from upstairs to downstairs for new carpet then back up two days later and had contracted him for this move also for another two hrs two man crew. Then complained the beds were not taken apart, so my wife and I took them apart. Day before this move, he called and cancelled said he could not get any workers and said to call someone else. We got another crew of two men. New Crew didn't complain and worked hard. Finished it in one and a half hrs. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Tyler will damage your furniture, half-ass load your truck, & then will intimidate you into giving him the payment code so he can get paid. I paid for 2 helpers for 3 hours to load a moving truck. 2 showed up & 15 min later, 1 quit. An hour into the load, 6 boxes were in the truck & the rest of my belongings were lining the hallway. When I asked Tyler what was going on, he told me his helper quit and that no one else was going to come. All he did was relocate my some of my belongings from my apartment to the truck, no, he didn't move them all, instead of packing the truck-there's a difference. He didn't use the furniture pads or wrap I provided. His attitude got more aggressive & weird throughout the day to the point that I was afraid for my safety so when he asked for the payment code, I was so scared that I gave it to him. The moving helper was concerned about the rain and decided to cancel the job before informing me at our agreed upon time to discuss the weather. Despite the forecast of no rain within the next hour, the mover still decided to cancel the job. The rain stopped and I was forced to call friends last min to help me move. I understand weather but this felt like the mover was taking the first chance he got to get out of a job, especially since the forecast predicted (correctly) the rain the end within the hour. Seemed on loading but I was concerned about how items were placed that they would shift badly. Our truck upon unloading was a freaking disaster and boxes tumbling everywhere, furniture damaged unbelievable. Horrid would never use these guys again.
