The man in charge was extremely professional, polite and easy to work with. While the second person did a great job with the move, he seemed to be insulted by what I considered a fair tip. He mentioned that he was worth $150 an hour, almost like he expected me to pay him this, plus a tip. I tipped them well.

Highly recommend! These guys were unbelievably fast, meticulous about wrapping and protecting every piece of furniture, and managed to pack more stuff in a 15-foot U-Haul than I ever would have imagined. They were also just kind and pleasant to chat with. They were great about communicating in advance and explaining how many furniture blankets we would need and whatnot - very helpful for a first time major move.

The movers who unloaded my truck were professional and completed the work satisfactorily. After the job was finished, I provided the U-Haul payment code and left, believing the transaction was complete. Later, Thomas called and stated that I needed to complete a survey and click Submit before payment could be processed. This contradicted my prior experience using Moving Help in Michigan and information I received from U-Haul that the payment code alone authorizes payment. I felt this was an attempt to pressure me into providing a positive review. When I questioned the accuracy of his statement, Thomas became dismissive and acted as though we had a bad phone connection rather than addressing my concerns. The entire conversation came across as rude, pushy, and unprofessional. While the movers themselves did an acceptable job, the post-move interaction left a very negative impression and significantly reduced my overall satisfaction with this provider.

Kevin and Quad were an absolute great help! They showed up on time according to our plan and worked non-stop alongside us for two hours and we emptied the remaining 75 percent of the 26' truck. AND they had to go up and down a steep 50 ft driveway with everything, including a 450 pound safe. I will certainly be calling again the next time I move.

Greg and Kevin on August 22, 2025 moved furniture between floors in our house. They were professional, friendly and fast workers. They didn’t damage any thing. They were delayed by another customer but called us to let us know when they would get here and arrived when they said they would. I would definitely used them again. This is the third time I have used U-haul moving help in three different locations, over 10 plus years and they have never disappointed me. I tipped them when they finished the job.

Relative to their service... Well the service was fine. They did a great job, were respectful and professional, and did it quickly and efficiently. My only problem is with UHaul... the app specifically. I see now where it says $155 (PER HOUR) but it is very misleading since it shows a price in big numbers and says the price is for 2 men for 2 hours. Yet the price is per hour? Very confusing and misleading. I would never have paid over $300 to have people move 14 pieces of furniture had I known. So... UHaul... very good job misleading people out of their money. Why would you post a price and say its for two hours when the price is actually per hour? I wish you would fix that so this doesn't happen to anyone else and I would really prefer to be compensated for this. It's not right. I tipped them too so all in all I paid about $30 per piece of furniture... each of which took about 10 minutes. It's outrageous.

The guys were a little tired from first job, and went over by an hour to unload a truck, (paid 3 hrs for 3guys). They were a little chatty (family) and caused them to be slower, plus two of the three were kind of new and was standing around, company credited 15 minutes off time. They damaged a few places on walls. Company paid $50 towards repairs. I will not use them again.

I used Move With Ease LLC to help my son move from Greenville to Boston and it was an excellent experience. I booked through the U-Haul website and within an hour I heard from the company and they were able to answer all of my questions. I was told they would contact me 24 hours prior to the move and they called me precisely 24 hours before the move, as they said they would. They told me the would call an hour before the scheduled arrival time and almost to the minute they called to let me know they would be on time. They also asked if they could arrive a few minutes early and they showed up exactly when they said they would. We booked for two hours and they managed to load up a two-bedroom apartment with ease and efficiency. They were polite and professional to work with. They packed the truck with perfect precision. Everything fit PERFECTLY. The true measure of a successful load in is if everything gets to your destination in one piece. I drove from Greenville, SC to Boston, MA

Thomas and Donnie did a great job moving the contents of my 3 u-boxes into a second story apartment with stairs. They were very accommodating, professional, and made sure not to damage any of the contents they were moving. I was very impressed that when there was an initial issue with the scope of work (it was completely my mistake when I ordered through the U-Haul website), they remained professional and courteous even when I was not, and we came to an amicable agreement and they accommodated me fully. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services.

Movers were good. Uhaul far underestimated the time it took to load a 20 foot truck. They suggested we need two movers for two hours to load a 20’ truck, and the movers took 4 hours. Felt like a way to get us to book something that feels affordable when it would cost double the estimate in the end (movers tipped with cash)

10,000 stars for Move With Ease. Thomas from Move With Ease identified a couple of booking errors that occurred with I booked on the phone directly with Uhaul. He was able to identify them and help me resolve the issue even when uhaul and moving help were unable to. They went above and beyond to help get my college kiddo moved out of her apartment, showed up early, helped her get additional items to her car and to the dumpster - - all stuff they didn’t have to do, but did, just because they are good people. We are using them for another move in 3 weeks and recommend you do too.

I am very pleased with this move. They were definitely a savior to my back. They treated my furniture better than I would when loading and unloading. I was very impressed with how much they loaded in the truck neatly and safely. So glad I chose to go with Move With Ease when I rented the U-Haul.

Movers were late in arriving, not their fault. Much of the packing had been completed but they did provide great assistance with the sofa bed. Work only took one hour, paid for two. Had they arrived on time, once again, not their fault, and worked the full two hours, I would have provided a tip.
