Fantastic help!! Marcus and his partner were amazing. So efficient, super professional, and kind! They saved us hours of work. We were genuinely shocked at how quickly they loaded our bi-level 1200sqft apartment and unloaded at the new place. I highly recommend for any move in the MKE area! I had a great experience with MovingHelp. This was my first time hiring movers and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The workers (Alex and Michi) were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The Uhaul was packed in an organized manner which made it easy to unpack once I reached my destination. I would definitely recommend this moving company!

They took a much longer time than needed for a moving company to drive from Oshkosh to Milwaukee. They also left their mess in the moving truck and charged me an additional $89 on site without consulting me first. Not worth the money.

We had an outstanding experience with Make a Move today. Micah and Marcus helped us move an entire 3-bedroom home into five U-Haul pods, and they were phenomenal from start to finish. Their speed, efficiency, and professionalism were truly impressive. They worked incredibly hard the entire time, stayed organized, and packed everything carefully while still moving at an amazing pace. Because of how efficiently they worked, we didn't have to pay for any additional time, and they actually finished a little earlier than expected. What really stood out was their positive attitude and willingness to help beyond the main scope of the move. Even after getting everything loaded, they helped us move a few additional items without hesitation. They were respectful, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Moving is usually a stressful experience, but Micah and Marcus made the entire process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Make a Move.

These guys hustled! Packed up 90 percent of a 3 bed, 2 bath townhome with tons of gym equipment in the basement and some yard furniture in just under 2 hours. They were literally running up the stairs between loads. I would hire them again.

My move request was less than 24 hours and I was contacted very promptly to schedule it. The 2 men showed up exactly when expected. They were friendly, professional and very fast. Marcus and Dave was not only punctual but professional. They helped me park the Uhaul. They loaded my 3 bdr home into a 10’ Uhaul in literally 20 minutes! They unloaded everything into my apartment (2nd floor) in about the same time. The total time (including driving from my old home to new home) was only 1 & 15 minutes! They did an AMAZING JOB! And nothing was broken! I was blessed with them as my movers. I’m a single mother of 3 kids and they were SO HELPFUL! Thank you Dave & Marcus, truly!!!

I placed my order on Monday, and they emailed out on Friday after hours, and then emailed again Sunday evening. They cancelled. They were supposed to call the technician. My technician called them Sunday, with no response.

I explained in detail what I had to move and the logistics and stairs involved and requested help removing and installing my AC units. I was told by the scheduler ‘This is completely doable in 3 hours.’ Well, when they got there the movers told me they aren’t allowed to mess with appliances but would pull it out of the window if I unscrewed it. Frustrating but doable. Then we get to my new place and they say this really should have been a 5 hour job and the moment my 3 hours are up they’re stopping, so I’m left with a third of the truck still full and trying to pull it in myself even though my health does not allow for that. The movers worked their butts off and packed my truck very efficiently, but the job wasn’t finished and it put me in a horrible position.

I was running late, the movers were on time. They waited about 45 minutes for me to arrive. After I arrived they successfully moved my things from the full 10' uhaul into the apartment, up 2 flights of stairs, and very quickly. The guys were professional and kind. My only gripe is that I believe I booked too much time. I overestimated the time due to the amount stairs. I hope the guys received all the pay from the full amount of time that I booked because I don't have any money left to tip but they did a great job.

The scheduling and 2guys that came out were fantastic, the only negative was after I scheduled, with the pickup and delivery location, the day before the move I was told the drop off location was out of the area I had to pay for another hour. I originally paid for 2 hours, and added another hour as i needed help at the drop off. it took the two guys 1.25 hours to load, unload and drive between location. That being said they were fabulous and worth what I paid. I hope they are paid for the 3 hours.

I tell you the movers were phenomenal! They moved everything I wanted them to move in less time than I thought it would take them to move everything. I definitely will hire this company again if I move. Then after sending another email or two back and forth disclosing the details of the move, they told me they don't service the location of my move. Make a Move was awesome! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and punctual. The communication around the time the movers would be arriving was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a quality moving company.

The movers at Make A Move were extremely helpful. They showed up 15 minutes early and even helped me secure my TVs for the move since putting in the back of the moving truck would not have been wise because I didn’t have anything that would keep them from being tossed all over the place. Negatives;

They are a terrible company with horrible customer service. My building manager reached out to ask for a COI and they were rude in their response. I asked them and they said since I booked through a third party they're not a moving company anymore they just provide labor so there is no COI. Then don't advertise as a moving company on Uhaul's website, or any other website if that's not what you do. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Communication problems on what time the job will start. I was told coming from VA to Philadelphia that someone will call me .that didn't happen. I was 30min late after we final spoke. When I spoke with the Jessica it was ok because her worker was supposed to call while I was on the road that, didn't happen. He called 3time the job started when they got there. I had no problem with that but the comucation should have be clear. So when I arrive 30min late. No ' one was there so I call Jessica she said that they cancel. The job was a 30min job moving Queens side bedroom set no mattress or box spring. 4 peices and some clothes that were packed already. The unit was 5×15. Either way a 30min job for a paid 2 hours it didn't matter..I been doing business with u-haul labor over 15year. At time they call and said they were running late that's understandable.
