Highly professional, helpful, efficient and friendly. Special care was taken for all my belongings including a vintage dresser and chest of drawers I inherited. My storage boxes were packed intelligently and I would use this mover again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Absolutely Outstanding! Best Moving Experience Ever. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this incredible moving team! From beginning to end, they were absolutely phenomenal! Professional, friendly, hardworking, organized, and exceptionally helpful. They exceeded every expectation! What impressed me most was their amazing attitude. No matter what needed to be done, they did it with a smile! Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were fantastic organizers, problem-solvers, and true professionals who went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find people who combine such outstanding professionalism with genuine kindness, enthusiasm, and pride in their work. They truly cared about making the experience exceptional. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for movers. They set the gold standard for customer service! Thank you for an absolutely amazing job.

The two gentlemen who helped me load my truck were absolutely wonderful! Not only were they hardworking and skilled at what they do, but they were also personable and friendly, which made the entire experience that much better. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they packed the truck, and they did such a great job that we even had room to spare! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Isa and his team go above and beyond! This was my second move with them because I was so impressed with their service and professionalism during my first move. They are incredibly nice, communicative, helpful and have a great attitude! It was a long move and they were tired but never complained and did it all with a smile. Because of a shoulder injury I needed some additional help setting up some things in the house and they helped me with that although it was outside of the move. Moving can be extremely stressful so having movers that reduce your stress level and make it a very smooth process was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Isa and Tetris if you want a great mining experience!

OUTSTANDING!! Tetris Masters Elite Moving company sent me 3 amazing professionals to load my 20ft U-Haul truck. I was in a 2 bedroom apartment on the third floor and they were able to complete my truck load in my timeframe. They were extremely careful with my furniture, art, and fragile items. They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I did a cross country move and when I arrived at my destination NOTHING was broken. Three days of driving and NOTHING broke or shifted in my truck.I HIGHLY recommend this company. I would use them again if I was still in the area.

Darius and the other mover ( can’t recall his name ) were both excellent. They unloaded, and placed the boxes where we asked. They were diligent, focused and polite. The only minor problem was the scheduling - they had the wrong date for the unload. This issue was quickly resolved. Tetris Movers - I would recommend them again.

The Tetris team made the move as worry-free as possible. They demonstrated clear thoughtfulness throughout the move, with a clear plan for how to pack each container to preserve the structural integrity of everything inside and minimizing risk of things spilling over or flooding out when the container is opened again. They truly are masters at tetris-ing the boxes, and were able to pack all of our items into 3 Uboxes when we initially expected to need 4. I would work with them again.

Tetris Masters Elite Moving was Amazing!!! Isa & his helper were extraordinarily careful wrapping & loading my belongings. They took their time to do things properly. All while having the BEST attitude! Mine was not an easy move. I live on an extremely narrow street Isa had to navigate with 2 different large trucks & 3 Uboxes. He did so with ease & with a smile on his face. I honestly think they were wonderful with every single aspect of the job. They had the absolute best work ethic. Issa and Milton were great! After putting most of the furniture, boxes, etc. into my 20ft U-Haul and driving it to Philadelphia, I was feeling pretty worn down. My wife convinced me to look into movers to help unload the truck and I feel lucky to have come across Tetris Masters Elite Moving. Issa and Milton helped me unload my 20 ft U-Haul, which was packed to the top, in around 1-1.5 hours. I was even able to turn in the U-Haul an hour early because we moved so quickly. They were friendly, communicative, on-time, professional, and overall a joy to work with. This was my first time hiring help to move and I can't recommend them enough.

Isa and his team at Tetris Masters are absolutely fantastic at their job! The fact they were able fit an almost full 15’ truck of heavy large steel sculptures, numerous boxes of art supplies and fragile glass sculptures into an already very full 5’ x 10’ storage unit is beyond my comprehension. I didn’t think it could be done in the 3 hours I had booked, but they rearranged everything and made it all fit with room to spare. They are in fact Tetris masters! Not only are they very capable at their craft but they are extremely polite, professional, and very respectful of all of my needs for things to be handled with care and packed a certain way. This move was not an easy one and they were able to accomplish the impossible. This was hands down the best moving company I have ever used and will 100 percent be using them again for every move in my future. Thank you so much guys, you are a dream!

I recently had two movers come to help with my move, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment they arrived, they were extremely friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to carefully wrap some of my furniture to ensure everything was protected, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. What stood out the most was their skill and efficiency. They managed to load everything into the truck in a way that was incredibly organized and secure, everything was packed tightly, with no wasted space. It was clear they had a lot of experience because they handled tricky situations with ease, like maneuvering large pieces through narrow hallways and tight corners without causing any damage. They worked quickly but never rushed, and you could tell they cared about doing the job right. Overall, the entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their expertise and positive attitude.

What I really love about these guys is how much they care about getting it right. It wasn’t just because I wanted it to be right, they genuinely don’t feel like the job is complete until you are totally satisfied and everything is in its proper place. Anything I asked of them, they did. And even after debating and rearranging my six-piece sectional several times, I never got the sense they were aggravated or annoyed. On the contrary they were enjoying the process of figuring it out with me. They take tremendous pride in their work. Hire them and I think you’ll be pleased.

Isa and the Tetris crew were exceptional! I cannot say enough good things about this company- from the very beginning they were proactive, meticulous, and careful with our belongings. We were moving contents from two storage units plus a garage and felt like we may have a bit too much to fit into one 26-foot truck. Turns out, they were right! It was too late that day to pickup a cargo trailer and we had reserved labor for just that day. The guys had a full schedule with another client the next day and worked between them and us to accommodate our need for help the next morning. That next morning we pickup the cargo trailer and the UHaul dealer realizes we have a completely BALD tire on the truck. It took a few hours to get the tire replaced but the Tetris team was understanding, patient, and again worked with us to ensure we had help to ensure we could get out of town that day. These guys make all the stress of moving a breeze. Hire them, you won't be sorry!

Tetris Masters Elite Moving was very professional and made my first move a good experience. The movers showed up right on time and did a solid job. They got everything out quickly and handled the heavy furniture like pros, even carrying it all up the stairs without any trouble. They took apart and put everything back together really well. Only issue was the dining room table wasn’t assembling the same way it had been. They spent time trying to figure it out and realized a piece was missing. I ended up finding the missing part back at my old apartment, and they actually came back the next day to finish putting it together. Really appreciated that. On top of it all, they were super friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely use them again. I tipped them via Venmo

This company is amazing. I had an issue with getting the Uhaul truck at the pick up time because they were not open. Then my sister could not find her license but then she asked her son to drive the Uhaul for me - perfect. The best part is that Mr. Isa gave me a grace period and still allowed his movers to stay at my apt until we got there. The two gentlemen came ready to work to move all my stuff into storage and then my new apartment. I could not believe how good they worked. My nephew helped them as well but they did most of the work. The two gentlemen names are Dennis and Darius. These two men helped me to see the strength that men have and endurance for this type of work. I could go on about my appreciation for this company. Also, Mr. Isa was very understanding and very professional each time I called him which was many. LOL I have recommended them to my former neighbor as well and will keep their number on file for my next move. Tetris Masters Elite Movers are A1!

This is the second time I’ve used the services of Isa and Dennis, because I was so incredibly impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, skills, and reliability the first time. At that time, they helped me to condense 4 storage units down to 3, and this time they reduced it further down to 2 units. Their Tetris-style packing was the key for me to be able to eliminate the large monthly expense of the 2 released units. I’ve told them both times that they go above and beyond the principles of Tetris, because Tetris is two-dimensional - it doesn’t need to take into account that boxes and items are three-dimensional, and it doesn’t have to take the weight of items into account. However, Isa and Dennis do need to take all those attributes into account to do their jobs. I was extremely amazed and impressed to see the results of their efforts!

They took the time to map out my space and think of the most efficient way to pack the box so that nothing would be damaged. They took the time to wrap things in tarps as well and strap things in where needed so nothing would fall over. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!! Thank you again, Tetris Masters!!

Top notch. We moved a piano and they understood pianos and moved it down a tight staircase very professionally. They were communicative, packed really well, took the time to think through what boxes should go on top and what on the bottom. I'm watching them tow the ubox out of the driveway now and they are moving slowly to keep from jostling it, just another place where there's attention to detail. They even brought straps and extra blankets that they gave us for free because they felt the load needed it. Could not be better literally.

I had a great experience with Tetris Masters! Isa called me a few days prior to my move to confirm the time and to let me know who would be coming. He also called on the day to re-confirm. Jarvis and Dennis, the people helping to unload my U-Box, called me when they were on their way and arrived on time. They were very professional, took care with my belongings and put my couch back together for me. They also worked very quickly and were done in no time at all. I'm so grateful to them for their help and I recommend them to anyone looking for moving help!

Isa and Dennis were extremely helpful and professional. We had the truck packed and needed help with unloading at our new home. They arrived promptly when requested and worked quickly and efficiently. They were careful with our belongings and also patient with us as we figured out where things needed to go and the best way to unpack the truck. They handled the heavier boxes and furniture as we had lots of family also taking boxes where they needed to go. They also helped us make one last run with the truck, loading the last of our items out of storage and unloading at our new home. They were so efficient they finished faster than I anticipated and offered to help with other things like bed frame assembly, which I had said I wouldn’t need when I booked them. I wholeheartedly recommend Tetris, and will use them again if my family needs help in the future.

Some marvel at the scientific genius of Einstein. Some marvel at the magic of Houdini. I had the privilege of marveling at the science and magic of Tetris Masters Elite Moving. Right after I booked Tetris, Isa made a point to reach out to me and discuss details about the move. He also maintained great communication by reaching out to me the night before the move and the day of the move, giving me updates throughout the process. Movers Isa and Jarvis were very quick and professional. They made sure to handle all of my belongings and requests with respect. The way they packed my belongings in the U-box was really a wonder to see. Everything was packed snuggly to ensure minimal movement, and the U-haul blankets were used for extra cushion so nothing was wasted. I almost never write reviews but I felt compelled to share my story. Moving can be a stressful experience but I was truly at ease throughout the whole process. My wife and I were amazed by the absolute professionalism and skills demonstrated by the Tetris masters crew. They remained in constant communication with us from the very beginning and through the move. They handled all our belongings with such care and was able to maximize the amount of space in our truck (its no wonder they are the Tetris Masters). When we were ready to unload, even after a 4-hour drive through potholes and a shaky truck, nothing in the truck shifted and its very clear the crew did everything they could to ensure our belongings are safe. As much as moving sucks, after seeing the labor and results of Tetris Masters, I feel much more at ease knowing they got my back for any future moves, and we will definitely be contacting them again for our next move!

Wow...2nd time around and Tetris Moving and Hauling did not disappoint!! If the 1st time working with them was a Godsend at the last minute, this next and final move was cosmically and professionally something DIFFERENT. Isa, Darius, and Jarvis, ya'll were the BEST loading and unloading our whole home with care, precision, intellect, and proficiency. We were SO nervous after having a traumatic experience with moving help in the beginning of our move that even after having Isa and Gil unload us so awesomely at our new home the 1st time we were still wary and nervous of whether this company could deliver again on par. But Tetris Moving and Hauling continued to be every bit the consummate moving professionals complete with all of the communication, care, knowledge, proficiency, tools, and preparedness you would hope for when the pressures and stress of moving are looming upon you. Isa and Gil were AMAZING--and at the last minute to boot! Our original moving help reservation had to be cancelled THE DAY BEFORE the move due to their unprofessionalism and overall dropping of the ball where it truly mattered. Myself and my family were told they did not unload in the town I had originally made the reservation for 3 MONTHS PRIOR. I was a mess and frantic with my family's move into our new home in the balance. I contacted Isa directly when I made the reservation for his company to unload us. He was professional, polite, & very assuring that Tetris would get the job the done even on such short notice. Isa and Gil were highly respectful of our belongings, even nimbly maneuvering around contractor work still being done in the home. I would recommend them with full confidence to anyone who wants and needs movers who are honest, professional, go the extra mile, & actually care about the quality of their service. Will be hiring them again for sure the next leg of our move!

They were literal rockstars and honestly made my entire day. So friendly and funny and just overall good spirited people. I appreciate that Isa made the extra effort to contact me the night before. My cell service was down all day, and he was finally able to get in touch with me at 10-30 the night before. Kudos to him for the extra effort. The movers sent, Rodney and another fellow were very polite, fast, and efficient. The only criticism I have is that a handful of valuable things scratched or slightly damaged. To be fair, we had a truck load of odd items, not your typical moving scenario. Overall, they got the job done, and we appreciate the hard work they put in. Thank you Tetris Master Movers! 6-14-23

I would first like to mention that the movers overall performance was beyond impeccable!! I had requested their services at the last minute after the original movers I had booked with informed me that the job I requested to complete needed an additional helper. Tetris Movers came with 2 movers and completed the job in an appropriate amount of time. The movers were polite , moved my belongings with care and always made sure they checked in with me to make sure the items were placed in the correct areas and or rooms. If I had to choose a moving company from the last 10 yrs of using movers - I would have to say that Tetris Movers were the best and made my moving experience more than pleasurable! I am referring them to all of my friends, family and co workers!!

Trustworthy, efficient and thorough movers who follow through on every request. Highly recommend. I booked a move from Isa's company last minute, after my previously booked movers proved unreliable, and not capable of executing a moving job requiring urgency, and care (with high value and sentimental items). I had a number of requests that required a ton of flexibility and last minute work. The entire team was impressive, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything I asked was completed. They were meticulous and efficient. They even went as far as to quickly create an easily referenced catalogue of my things that were left in storage, so I knew what each box contained, as well as the location of the boxes relative to each other. Their work made a difficult time much more manageable, and ended up saving me time and money. I can't say enough about how pleased I was, and I recommend them to my friends and family. The movers arrived very late and they were very slooooow! They intentionally elongated a 2 hour job to ask for additional hours. They did not know the basics and were constantly taking long rests or were talking over the phone. The company was not responsive to my calls until they started to FORCE me accept extra 2.5 hours for a 2 hour job and I eventually had to yield to their pressures and accepted an extra hour. This is with me and my buddy helping them. They also pressured me to share the six digit payment code and were not leaving until I paid each mover $20 in cash ($40 total). In the past, I had 5 star helpers who were professional and truly deserved the the five star rating. This company does not deserve even one star rating. They will over charge you and waste your time and money.

I had to schedule this only one day ahead because my previous moving help cancelled this morning. I have been trying to contact them (called a few times w/ no response, left a message with my number) to confirm that they can come. Since I've been unable to confirm if, much less when, they can show up, I'm going to cancel and find someone else.
