They took photos of items broken and damaged before removing it to ensure we knew what happened to the items. Unloaded our items and still had time to help us corral our little Pomchi when she got out the house. Top notch work. Effective and efficient! Highly recommend.

They called to verify the time and location of move a day before and they were punctual the day of move. They handled my belongings very well with caring hands and loaded the 26ft truck very well that there was minimal shifting if any during transportation from point A to point B.   • The team provided by Sparkle Moving Services arrived on time at our storage building and promptly loaded a 15' U-Haul truck with our household goods. We drove to our new house about 15 miles away and unloaded the truck in to the garage with a few pieces going to various rooms in the house. They did a great job and I would hire Sparkle again in the future should the need arise.

  • Our unloading team Jeryd, Julio and Juan arrived within the service window promised and began emptying the 26' U-Haul truck we had driven from TN to NM. They worked professionally, observing safety precautions to avoid on-the-job injuries and heat stress due to 100 degree temperatures. They also worked well together and kept moving at a fast pace. They finished the job in half the time expected and offered to do extra jobs like assemble the beds, dining room table, desks etc. but I had to get the truck back to U-Haul to avoid an additional day's charge as we were up against a hard deadline. I was very pleased with their work ethic and care in handling our possessions. I will be hiring them again later this month to move the rest of our household goods from a storage facility in Las Cruces up to our new house. You can't go wrong with hiring the Three J's!

  • We got two helpers for a three bedroom apartment. They were so professional and very good taking care of our stuff. They know how to handle things know how to load a truck so nothing gets damaged and also unload and put things where they go. They brought their own truck and moving materials. I have stood with Sparkle Moving for both my moves in El Paso and would do it again in a heartbeat.   • Angel and Abraham were professional, highly competent, and very personable. We appreciated the care they took with our furniture and their efficiency with the time available. They are clearly experienced and came prepared with the equipment and materials needed. They knew how to handle the challenges of the various pieces of furniture we had (whether heavy, unwieldy, fragile, etc.) They maximized the use of every square foot of the truck we rented. We were highly impressed and can recommend this team without reservations. We tipped them in person, though I see that they can also be tipped via this app.

  • Very pleased with the service of loading up the U-Haul truck. However three items were damaged after unpacking, a desk, 13 gallon can, and a TV got a ding in the corner of the screen. It was a 4 hour trip so maybe the road might’ve wiggled some items out of their original loading location.

Annie called the night before to confirm every detail and ensure they had what they needed. On moving day, Brian, Kemoni, Alex, and Angel went above and beyond helping pack and load for our cross-country move. They were fast, careful, friendly, respectful, and incredibly honest... one even found cash I’d left out and immediately brought it to me. I’d planned for help with just a few large items, but they jumped in and tackled so much more, working together seamlessly and finishing a room I’d been dreading. When their time was up, they offered to stay longer, and it was worth every minute. Even in their final 10 minutes, they found extra ways to help.   • I have tried the movers through u-haul in the past and it was terrible but NOT this time. I had this amazing dynamic duo named Geraldo and Dominic. We were only moving a few blocks from one home to another, yet the guys meticulously wrapped and packed everything well enough to move cross country. Not a scratch on anything!   • I highly recommend this company for your moving needs. I hired them for loading and unloading my household and they were quick, and very careful with all my furniture and household items. Great communication and very professional and friendly. I had an issue with my U-Haul truck breaking down in the middle of the move and the two men who were working with me were very understanding and helpful throughout the whole experience. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for them and all the extra help they gave to me on a stressful moving day. I cannot recommend them enough. Very happy with the service provided to me.

  • The two men who came to help load up our U-Haul, did a great job. They were efficient and professional in their demeanor, and listened to directions extremely well. They were hard-working, and got as much loaded as they could during the service hours that they were hired for. They were also very friendly, and I would definitely recommend this company again. The only issue I had was with the communication with the office to ensure that the order was set up, and that the time was scheduled properly. Roy stated that they were having difficulties with their phones during that time. Otherwise everything else was great.

  • Poor communication. I booked this company for 2 different days and the movers that showed up were professional and courteous. However, overall communication was poor. I had to call them the day before each session to confirm. And then for the second move they were an hour late....while I was flexible on the time I had to keep calling and texting to see what the hold up was- never once did they initiate a call to me to say they were delayed. I eventually canceled and now I'm out the cost of a rental truck for a day.

  • My husband and I highly recommend Sparkle Services for their moving services. Roy was an excellent communicator on the phone, and was very flexible with U-Haul’s fluctuating schedule changes. Oscar and Santos were our movers, and they were fast, efficient, professional, and handled all of our items with care. My only wish is that they were at our unloading destination, so that we can use their services there, too. Do not hesitate giving them a call!

I experienced moving through TMO during my time in the military, and now I'm no longer in the military and used this service and it honestly was life changing.   • I do not want to sound ungrateful, but we still have a ton of things to get moved onto the uhaul after the men left. We used this company when we first moved, and our entire 3-4 bedroom house was loaded and unloaded within 2 hours. We have since donated 7 large pieces of furniture that usually take the most time to move, yet there is still so much to be done and loaded. Disappointed because they showed up late, and unfortunately they were incredibly slow during the process which has left us with a ton of work. My husband was helping and ended up getting more done and on the truck than the 2 men we hired, and I feel as if this company should make sure all of their employees are able to properly handle the tasks with the same effort. Again, when we moved here, we used them and the men who helped got done SO quickly and were very helpful. It felt like a herd of turtles yesterday and I am certain they milked the clock. We are thankful for the help regardless, though.

  • I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. We made the move from Dallas to El Paso and Roy contacted me immediately to go over details and was very professional. We got everything set up and he still followed up the day before to make sure nothing had changed. Today we were met with two very hardworking gentleman, Alex and Manuel who were nothing short of AMAZING!!!!!!!! They unloaded our Uhaul truck with smiles on their faces and didn’t stop until it was completely unloaded and everything was in its place in the storage unit. Amazing!!!!   • Roy and his Father we're a great 2 man team! Roy's communication skills are excellent. He contacted me via text & phone to ask if everything was going as planned and made sure that our scheduled pack up day was still on time, and was there anything else they could do to make it better. We decided to move the time up a half an hour the day before packing day! I really needed this and it seemed he had read my mind. I can not say enough great things about my experience with them. They we're extremely careful about packing my 20' U-Haul. They are true pros at what they do. Not 1 item was even close to being damagedor broken. Carefully packing everything securely as if it was their own property. Such skills in moving are rare, but they made it look like they enjoyed their job and took great pride in doing so. I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism that was demonstrated. With that said, I highly recommend Moving With You as a go to company to hire movers for your next move!
