Wonderful communication from Lui. Would highly recommend! We were connected to them directly through U-Haul and are super pleased. Took them less than 1 hour to unload our completely full U-Box. I have used Uhaul movers over at least twenty times over the years and I have to say that these two guys were the best I’ve ever hired!!! As a retired Vice President of Sales, Marketing, & Customer Service, I do not pass out this outstanding of a review lightly! I will definitely be requesting Liukang & Ryland for all future local moves and recommending them to my friends! Everything was completed beyond our satisfaction and in the allotted amount of time as well! He went above and beyond to alert us that there was a duplicate charge because of an error on U-Haul’s website while originally placing my order. They had car problems and were running late, so they offered to come early the next day. But I needed my container unloaded that same day, no matter how late it was. They still came after 9 p.m. and worked hard until 11 p.m. to unload everything. I really appreciate their hard work and help.

Everything went great! I did notice several of my furniture items were chipped though unfortunately, but I would still definitely use the company again and recommend to others! I sent a $100 tip to one of the movers guys via Paypal. $50 for each. Was told he would make sure it got to the other guy. Thank you guys again!

Liu and his guys did a great job helping with my move! They showed up on time, were efficient, and handled everything with care. My only feedback would be that I would've appreciated a little more proactive communication, like a text or call the day before to confirm that they were coming. With that being said though, when I texted the morning of, he responded quickly to confirm they would indeed be there at the scheduled time. Thank you, Mover Guys! I'd definitely hire them again for my next move.

They showed up at the time they said they would. They all introduced themselves to me. They listened to my instruction. Pleasant overall. I wish they would have taken the time to properly wrap my furniture in the moving blankets and plastic wrap as they said they were going to on the phone. Many items were mishandled and will most likely arrive broken and dented. I also did not like that Lu took the rest of my belongings in his personal truck to place in the box at the uhaul facility and complained about how far the uhaul facility was from my house. He knew my address when I booked them. If it was a problem, he should not have taken the job. This was unprofessional. I was gracious enough to honor his request in an effort to help him get to his next job. Overall, I would not recommend mover guys.

I had 2 Uboxed to unload. The 2 men were on time for the unload. Booked for 2 hours they finished in about 45 min. Very polite and hard working. While moving one bureau into the bedroom it did hit the edge around the window. I saw him look and I assumed it wasn’t affected. I looked at it after they left and it did cause a dent in my wall. It would have been nice to have been told about it at that moment.

Just make sure the young fellas eat BEFORE unloading and loading a full Uhaul truck. They seem to had less energy towards the end of the load and download of the truck. Overall, very respectful and on time.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic! He was not only professional, but completed my move in under an hour. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel stress-free. At the end, he even took the time to rearrange my U-Box to make sure everything was secure and wouldn’t shift during its trip down to South Florida. That extra care meant so much. had a car accident and was in Tremendous pain. I explained I could not stand and supervise them because of the pain and they said they understood. I told them exactly what I needed accomplished. There was a list provided. I paid for 3 hours and after 2 hours they came for the payment code. I asked if everything was done and they said yes. So I trusted what he said to me and gave him the code. I was dumb to have done that and on top of everything they proved themselves liars and cannot be trusted. Because Heavy Rubbermaid containers were actually stacked ontop of smaller boxes which held fragile items. Items were broken. I couldn't even get in the door of one room. Containers were stacked so high and all the way into the doorway. An area rug 8x10 was thrown ontop of the contents in that room. The furniture was not put together. Not a single thing was done on the list and actually, they made the situation worse, plus I had to hire Movers to come an additional two days to fix what they

Many items dented, chipped or damaged during the move. Offered to 'buff and wax' a metal freezer or give me his mini-fridge in exchange. He stated that his insurance wouldn't pay anything. I would be very cautious about using them on your next move.

These movers truly know what they are doing! I'm a stickler about making sure that my furniture doesn't get broken and scratched up. I have really heavy havertys furniture and these moving guys did an excellent job! They knew how to wrap my furniture and move it in a professional way to prevent damage. The knowledge that they had only comes from experience! They even went above and beyond to give me extra furniture padding and wrapping material from their own supply after I ran out of comforters. They really cared about my furniture not being damaged. That mean a lot to me! I can't recommend these guys enough. Hire them and thank me later!

They were very much skilled and loaded the pod trailer meticulously yet were very careful with our belongings. After the terrible experience the day before, this one at Orlando was a beautiful one. As contrary from the day before, this company was in contact with me. They where here on time. Two young men that were very kind with me and trying to do as best they can do because they do not want me to have a hard work with the furniture and boxes after they left. I think we were originally quoted 3 or 4 movers but 2 showed up. A third came during the last 2 hours. It took about 6 hours to move a 3 bedroom apartment so a little longer than we expected. The guys were really nice and a big help. Would have loved the job to be done just a little faster (additional hands on deck) but the guys here moved as fast as they could! Would recommend the moving company to ask more questions to get a feel for if more movers are needed for a job and also discuss expectations for how long the customer wants a move to last. Overall great experience and great price, would just recommend a little more up front communication!

U would rate in the middle It started good but as the job progressed, they started getting tired and bickering. They also started dropping items. Still finding broken pieces of stuff. And the amount of their own personal garbage left behind...like a shirt and every water bottle and slurpee cup they used...crazy. Not worth saying anything so it would get worse. 4 guys here. 2 consistently worked. One was Mr. Sidewalk meaning doing lots of directing but little helping. The last was young, hungover, and inexperienced. Could have been worse but also way better

This was a terrible experience. We’ve always been able to get our stuff loaded in two hours. These guys were so unprofessional. They left half used water bottles and cups everywhere. They knocked my insulated tumbler from the top floor down to the bottom floor, damaging it beyond repair, and they shrugged it off like it was my fault and never offered to pay for it. They broke something glass loading the truck, but I have no idea what because I came out to a trail of glass shards and they had never even mentioned breaking things. They showed a total disregard for my things and my house and I had to clean up after them. Then, they needed an additional hour, still didn’t finish and overcharged me for it. PLEASE do not use these guys. Pay a bit more and hire Strong Moves. Those guys are the ones who had to come out and fix what the Mover Guys messed up.

I was unsure at first if the company was legit. THEY ABSOLUTELY ARE AND WE WONDERFUL! GR8 communication staying in touch day of and during. They also somehow maneuvered my unique sized couch into a curved stairwell entry, I was so worried but they DID IT. No scratches just a lil time to figure out but they did it! They also helped to wrap the shrink wrap a fee pieces from 1br to 1br townhome. The drive between too, 3hrs just enough they work quickly and safely. Kind and considerate. Would hire again in a second and will refer others to hire them! Big shout out THANKS GR8 JOB!

I initially thought these guys did a great job, but when we unpacked our truck I discovered I was wrong. I had asked them to wrap all wood furniture with the furniture blankets I provided, yet they only wrapped random stuff. My most expensive furniture was left unwrapped and they severely damaged my wooden kitchen table by not protecting it and putting kayaks on top of it. There were bags of furniture blankets, plastic wrap, and tape leftover so there was no reason for them to not do their job. My freezer is scratched and dented, my two kids cribs weren’t wrapped so they’re all scratched and chipped. For whatever reason, they wrapped my ikea furniture great, though I would have rather that been the furniture that got damaged. Super disappointing experience.

Straight bait and switch, ordered 2 for 6 hours, end up paying additional $150 cause they went over. Damaged 3 items, refrigerator hinges on door, cracked clothes dryer window on door, and broke off key in freezer lock. Then scammed for more money in he went through insurance, wanted $260 instead of $150...worse than haggling at a yard sale. Do not recommend, please do yourself a favor and hire professional movers like Bekins or the like, a little more money and less hassle and damages. Good luck all.

Their willingness to be flexible with my schedule was fantastic. Then they got little behind in their day and were an hour and a half late so we started unloading without them. But they were helpful, polite, strong, friendly and courteous when they got there. They finished our move off in 40 minutes so we were basically back on schedule even with the fairly late start. Good communication. hard workers. Loaded the truck with fragile, heavy, TALL items towards back. Resulted in truck door not opening all the way because it hit the tall items along ceiling when only partially opened. Paint scratched off dining chairs because they weren't wrapped or draped with blankets. Broken lamp shades. Because door wouldn't open, final filler items were 'tossed' over stacked items to land wherever they landed. This also caused several items having to go in front seat of truck and personal vehicle. Plastic wrapped unnecessary items led to running out of wrap before fragile items were wrapped. did not inform me of this, so I couldn't get more.

So the main guy didn’t call me until the day before to figure out where I was moving when I made this reservation over a week in advance. Upon arrival they were nice and moved quickly. However after arrival at our destination, they were late and informed us they needed to get gas. Should have been done before as this took up time I paid for the movers. They were very slow to unpack and were often on their phones or standing around and talking. We done within the 3 hour allotted time and they waisted time. After finishing they immediately called the businessman to ask for some made up quoted travel fee, which was not mentioned when I made the uhaul mover reservation. Which was not written or mentioned anywhere, only the handling fee. Mover had me cash app his personal account $40 and would not leave until given. Did not provide specifics on the charge or a receipt when the 3 hours covered the hour drive. Poor professionalism on their part when we were within paid time. Do not recommend.

The movers showed up and loaded the truck, but failed to show up and unload the truck at my new house. Which let me a disabled veteran and my limit sight fiance to unload the truck with no moving equipment. I would warn anyone not to use this mover.

Not only did they take good care of all of my belongings they packed it in the truck efficiently to ensure the four hour ride nothing would get broken. The guys were great and very communicative on their arrival time, checked in with us prior to the move. They helped us pack a 16ft pod and somehow managed to get everything we needed in there!
