• The truck was not optimized and we had to almost totally repack it ourselves for 5 hours.

• After confirming availability yesterday, Reliable Movers called me today to tell me their truck broke down and they cannot perform the work they were hired to do.

• Excellent movers. They worked hard going up and down a flight of stairs getting my truck loaded in less than 2 hours. Thank you so much!

• I was really looking forward to the same crew coming again. Unfortunately, they already told me the day before that they were not working and when I scheduled the same company, I thought there were other employees that would have been going in their place. I didn’t know it’s only two people available. Otherwise, very good communication.

• Reliable Movers turned what would have been an all day unload for me into a 2 hour unload. I really appreciate that. The crew was polite, hardworking and efficient. They were great.
