  • They were lovely! They communicated to me when they were going to arrive and worked with me to fit me into their schedule. They were polite, efficient, and worked together as a team. I had a couple of difficult pieces to move, and they handled it with care, and even taught me how to disassemble some of the pieces to make it easier to move.

  • This was the best moving service I have ever had! I hired 2 movers, but 3 showed up ready to work. They were so kind and professional, and got my things moved out of a third floor walk up studio and unloaded into storage in less than 2 hours. They had blankets and supplies with them to make sure walls and items were protected, which was appreciated. They made a very stressful day and situation extremely smooth. All movers were very careful with my belongings and packed the uhaul carefully and methodically as to keep my things safe and stable. They had a system, but consistently checked in with me to see if I had specific instructions or needs for how I wanted things unloaded and stored. I highly highly highly recommend these movers!

  • Nick’s team, CJ & Chauncey, did a great job helping us pack our truck today, especially in light of the fact that it was -5degrees windchill! They arrived in the window of time they said that they would, they worked hard, as well as being kind and professional. Nick provided great communication and coordination. Thanks, Team Beltz Bros! We’ll use your services again, if needed.

  • Very nice guys. Items handled with care for sure. Only negative was 2nd trip needed in truck on our own in the dark-cold because after 5 hours they didn’t pack uhaul efficiently. There was a lot of wasted space & they had to leave for another job. This was just load-unload of 2br apt less than a mile away, no stairs only elevators, 20 ft truck and we helped the entire time. Everything wrapped and disassembled for them. One guy also took smoke breaks in front of us while we were physically unloading our own truck. We never had this issue with truck size and had much less furniture than we did when we moved with same size from 5 hours away 6 months ago. Cost extra for truck & added time and they still didn’t finish so that was frustrating.

  • Nick and crew were on time, moved quickly, were careful and happily unattached and reattached the mirrors to my dressers. They were friendly with me and efficient. Only down point I have is that I found some damage to my furniture after the fact. Most is clearly from being tied down too tightly but there was scratches to my cedar chest. All In all, I would recommend them, but would say to request to not tighten the straps so hard around the furniture.

  • Beltz Brothers Moving did a fantastic job with our move! They insisted that we sit back and relax while they handled everything, and they were careful with our boxes and furniture, especially fragile items. We weren’t sure if everything would fit in the truck, but they reassured us and fit even more items in the truck than we had hoped for. Our new apartment is up a flight of stairs and has some tight turns and narrow doorways, but they moved everything in quickly, while continuing to take care with our items. All of the movers were friendly, hard-working, and skilled, and we are very grateful for their help.

  • I didn’t change locations. I remodeled a section of the house. Nick and team cleared my furniture out of that section of the house and now he and Cecil moved our stuff back into that section of the house. If Nick and Cecil can’t get it done, it can’t be done. They tried to get my hide-a-bed sofa up the steps, but it wasn’t meant to be. If they had 1 more inch in the stair well it could have been done. Everything else was perfection. Already planning the next stage of remodeling and making sure he will do the job for us. Can’t find any better to work with.

  • Motivated. Polite. Helpful. Positive attitude. Far more energy than I had! This was load only. The couch went upstairs by this crew far faster and with less concern than when it came down. The brothers had good coordination between them. . . chuckled to myself, they didnt bicker like siblings, about anything (not that I heard, ha!) Great communication - on the day of the reservation, day before service, and morning of. They were very concerned and careful to not bump walls or doors, and used moving blankets to help make corners. Everything was stacked well in the trailer. Nothing was damaged on the unload (with a diff. crew). Smart use of the couch bag, which was quite small (a Uhaul purchase), my white couch was still white after a 4hr drive and overnight in a rain storm!

  • Nick and his men couldn't have been more helpful in the unloading process, beginning with getting the truck unstuck from the mud in the driveway after a hard rain! They went above and beyond, inlcuding moving a recently delivered washer and dryer from the porch into the house and taking time to repair my ancient dresser that had been damaged by falling boxes left improperly unsecured by the loaders on the other end. They kept a positive and professional outlook despite the falling boxes, a very anxious me, and some tricky stairs that required ingenuity for several larger pieces of furniture. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and am grateful for everything they did to get me situated in my new home.

  • The 3 movers that your company sent over arrived on time and started working immediately. They worked the full 2 hours and were willing to work over those two hours since there were a few things left unfinished before the agreed-upon time but keeping them longer was not necessary. They took care in placing items into each room and overall a good experience.

  • Nick and the guys did a great job! They had to lower my two piece sectional couch over our balcony to get it out and get our washer and dryer out of the basement with very limited staircase space. They got everything stacked in the uhaul while leaving plenty of room for more. They are very professional and personable. I highly recommend them!

  • Nick and his team were great. They were impressively good at loading and unloading. My only small complaint is I paid for 2 hours and they went over a bit so I had to pay for a 3rd hour. Also, and this is NOT on them, I booked through UHaul and they do not give an option to pick the moving time. We didn't get a moving time until Nick and I touched base the week of the move. I should have reached out to him sooner.

  • I stated that I would arrive from. Tennessee by 6p. I kept him updated on the progress. I told him I would provide a contact of a family member who was there and able to help. He declined and stated he knew where it was. At 5: 30 pm he called to confirm my arrival and I said 6p. He said it would take an hour for his crew to get there. By 6:40pm my family had unloaded 3/4 of the truck and their services were not needed. I am requesting a full refund

  • They were late, which is understandable, shit happens. But I didn't get through to them until about 3 hours after the time that was discussed prior to setting up the help. While I can certainly forgive the fact that things happen outside of our control sometimes, I can't forgive not getting a phone call with an updated ETA. Almost Everything else went very smooth and they were very efficient and personable. But they showed up smelling like marijuana and not in a distinguishable vehicle that they were a moving company.
