  • I was absolutely amazed by the quality of service that I received! It was insane... in a great way. I was out in a just a few hours even though I was packing up 30 years of belongings. Edgar was amazing. Orlando was amazing. They were on time, they moved a 3 bedroom apartment in just 3.5 hours. They were also very patient with me, and understood how stressful moving out can be, and they made it much less stressful. I cannot recommend them more highly.

They’re super friendly and worked with me when I had some issues with my apartment complex. I was under a lot of stress and they helped me park my moving truck so we wouldn’t get yelled at by the manger of my new place. The best part is that they keep you updated with lots of communication since you first book! I won’t be moving soon but will be using them to help deliver my furniture in the foreseeable future. High quality, honest & hardworking movers for sure!

  • Fascinating performance!!! I’m mind blown on how my experience with White Glove Moving went. I could give you a whole list of what they did that was good, but I’ll shorten it up for everyone. They came in ready to work and executed the job in a short amount of time, came with a positive vibe, and very helpful with the moving process. This move could’ve taken me possibly two days to finish, but with them it took them less than an hour to EMPTY OUT MY WHOLE APARTMENT!! highly recommend.

  • Orlando was incredibly efficient, communication was a breeze, unloaded an entire U-Box in 30 minutes

    Rating:
    Eric W.

  • This company flat-out lied to us, took advantage of our trust, and left us with a mess. They told us our U-Box order only covered 2 movers (not true) and forced us to pay for 4 more, even though U-Haul confirmed the service is priced per job (not per person or hour). Only 4 movers ever showed up, so we were double charged for labor that never happened. They loaded only light boxes, ignored our request to prioritize heavy items, and left our driveway covered in scattered belongings. Worst of all, they pressured my 60 year old mom (who was alone with them at the house) into releasing the payment code before the job was done. That’s coercion, plain and simple. They abandoned the job unfinished, refused to come back, and blamed U-Haul for their failure. This was dishonest, manipulative, and completely unacceptable behavior. Do not trust this company with your belongings OR your safety.

    Rating:
    ghadir or Adam k.

  • This was one of the most stressful moving experiences we’ve ever had. The movers only packed the light, easy boxes and left all the large items—fridge, washer, dryer, cabinets—for us to move ourselves. They also left tons of our belongings scattered across the driveway and didn’t load one of the U-Boxes at all. My 60-year-old mom was alone when they pressured her into releasing the payment code by refusing to leave—then still didn’t finish the job. They falsely claimed our U-Box order only included 2 movers and made us pay for 4 more. U-Haul later confirmed that was not true—the service is priced per job, and we should never have been charged extra. Only 4 movers ever showed up, so we were double charged for labor that wasn’t even provided. The entire experience felt coercive, dishonest, and unprofessional. We were left overwhelmed, misled, and physically unable to complete the move ourselves. Please be cautious—this behavior was unacceptable.

They follow instructions that you give but also take care on their own to wrap up your things tediously, yet always so efficient and fast. They also block off dates when booked so you’ll never have them cancel on you and as soon as book them they contact you to check in with you. Highly highly recommended. • Orlando and White Glove Moving were an absolute JOY to work with. From the first time I signed up for their service, they immediately contacted me and stayed in regular contact (unlike my packers, who I had to contact). Totally professional, wonderful communication. They immediately confirmed they were ok when I changed my delivery date. And when they showed up, on time, to pick up my box from U-haul the first time, U-haul COULDN'T FIND IT, and their system was down. They had driven a great distance to get there (when U-haul told them the box would be ready), just to be told my box was not available. And what do they do? They text me and APOLOGIZE for the delay, for something that was out of their control. They graciously agreed to reschedule when U-haul could locate my box. My box was found (!), and was delivered a week late. Orlando-White Glove delivered and unpacked the box then - friendly, helpful, quick. I STRONGLY recommend White Glove Moving.

  • Overall great communication, fast service, and were able to fit everything into the UBox very well. Reason for 4 out of 5 stars overall is that even the few boxes pointed out as fragile were taken down the stairs using the dolly (and therefore being shaken on every step down).

  • Orlando and his colleague were great!! They kindly contacted me well before the reservation to confirm details of the job. They came prepared and were extremely fast and efficient. I was amazed by how much they safely fit in our uhaul pod. All of our items came in great condition after their cross-country journey. They even provided locks after I forgot to order them with the pod. I'll be recommending these gentlemen to friends in the future. Thanks for making the grueling task of moving across the country much easier.

Best of all they are super nice guys. They ensured I had my Ubox number as a precaution and was prepared all around as I did not know I needed a lock for the Ubox. Their service is top notch!! • You wanna hire this company - Absolute professionals, from start to end. Orlando and his crew texted a few times before day-of-job to ensure they had all the info necessary to get things done right. They arrived right on time, and THANK GOD Orlando was able to figure out how to open the lock on my unit, which was not mine, but kindly provided by U-Haul. They were very respectful with all my stuff and nothing was broken while they moved it in. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and might actually do so shortly, to help with stuff around the new place.

  • Orlando has been very professional in every aspects. He proactively communicated me before the moving date for the details and texted me his ETA in the morning. He was good at making arrangements based on their sizes and conditions. However, he needs to get a more experienced helper as the kid just piled up boxes on the container floor before the previous rows were filled. His lack of planning not only caused a lot of wasted space on the top and left some fragile items at the bottom of stacks. I did tip him generously for his work, but a helper like that hurts his satisfaction rating.

They must know that moving one's personal items, even just the pick up, delivery and unpacking of one UBox, can be stressful or confusing. So when I forgot to tell U-Haul the date of pick up, they were so cool, helped me get rescheduled and showed up on time, friendly, did a great job.
