• I cannot say enough good things about Rapido Movers! I hired a two-man crew for two hours, mainly to help with the heavy items for my out-of-state move, and they completely exceeded my expectations. They got all of the heavy furniture loaded into my U-Haul and even had time to load extra items as well. They were fast, efficient, professional, and truly moved with a purpose the entire time. Moving to another state is stressful, but having their help took so much anxiety off my shoulders. I was honestly amazed at how much they accomplished in such a short amount of time. I’m extremely happy I chose Rapido Movers and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing moving help. Hardworking, reliable, and worth every penny!

• They were 2 hours and 30-minutes late after I verified with them the day prior on a 12 noon time. Then she stated they had a flat tire and once they fixed it had another flat tire again. The 2 labors were good. 1 was new the other was instructing him both worked hard. But they admitted the 1st team that was supposed to be there did not come in. Honestly I believe the forgot about my move. The young lady I called would not update me . She stated she thought they were already there loading my trailer. But she never gave me any updates I had to keep texting and calling her. Would not use them again.

• Thank you for the opportunity to share my feedback. When arranging the moving help, the team was very responsive which I appreciated! Unfortunately on the day of the move, I was told that the team's car broke down and that they would be late. The two young men arrived 35 minutes late. They were kind, young men but very green. Items were haphazardly packed, space was not well utilized and items were shoved in at the end causing them to fall out upon opening the door. To my dismay, they asked myself and my 82 year old dad what we were willing to leave behind because they didn't feel all the items would fit. This line of questioning distressed my dad and left him worrying about what to leave behind. We did leave behind two storage containers that should have fit. I would have loved better organization, more experienced movers and an on-time arrival! They asked me to give them 5 stars, which I would have loved to do, however, it was 3 star experience. Note that tip was provided in person!
