  • Zach and Bobby were great movers. They communicated very well about arrival and followed the pre-directions provided from the text. Additionally, they were quick (in fact finishing before the allotted time chosen), efficient, thoughtful regarding certain items, and helpful with parking the truck in a tight parking spot for unloading. I would definitely use them again!

  • The guys were very professional and worked hard. I gave 4 stars because unfortunately, when unpackaging a mattress one of the guys slit the mattress. It had to be replaced at a cost of just under $400. We didn't charge them for it as they were doing a good job and I'm sure $400 would be a burden. We would use them again. Hopefully they'll return the favor next time.

  • They were great at packing the items to be able to fit as much as they could. Communication was great as well. I had scheduled for 12PM and was notified around 1045AM that the previous job was going to take longer and called me to tell me they would be arriving between 1230-100. My only concern was that a piece of furniture got banged while coming up the stairs but that is expected, right? Besides that I assume everything else was moved carefully.

  • You all and Uhaul need to include the straps as being required by the movers when offering these services. Also the company needs to provide the movers with the accurate appointment details, I waste about 5-10 minutes trying to find the email that said 3 hours instead of 2 hours when they tried to dip.

The way the movers stacked items in the truck left damaged furniture such as coffee tables and dressers. They stacked the items on their legs and put heavier objects on top of them.

  • One of the movers did as minimal as possible. The main mover- crew lead was great, but due to the other mover they were not able to load what should have taken 2 hours max to load 90 percent of the truck. We use to own a moving company and based on what they had to do, they definitely did not perform within the expectations their company set. Tips were given in cash by my daughter’s husband.

  • Everything was great. Except, they were an hour late. They said they booked it for 10am but my whole family heard the phone conversation (on speaker) and they said 9am. Other than that, they were amazing.
