  • If I could give no stars I would. The professionalism was not there. We hired this company based on reviews and for the assistance that they would be helpful and that was the opposite of what we got. The one helper took multiple smoke breaks, took personal calls on the clock, took off his shoes and sat on the couch and on the entertainment center. We constantly had to redirect him and tell him that things needed to go downstairs. The other helper decided that hitting on my sister whilst on the clock was the way to go. He then proceeded to text our mother after the job was completed to ask for my sister's number. This was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. For someone to text outside of asking questions or concerns about the job, asking for a number is just ludicrous. It got to the point that we ended up unloading the truck ourselves with minimal assistance from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional, considerate and fast.I wish I could give them 10 stars! They definitely made a stressful move easy. I am not disappointed in my decision hiring them.   • Guys were great in communication, on time and very efficient. Were very coutrsey and followed the instructions. One observation I had was they weren't that skillful when handling heavy items. I got few scratches on the items and dent on main door frame.

They moved quickly and efficiently but were incredibly careful not to damage any of our boxes, furniture, or the house itself.   • Over 3.5 hours late. Poor communication and poor quality. Movers did not listen to any instructions. We had to unload most of what the movers loaded and redo their work. Do not select this mover if you value your time, energy, and money!

  • I hired 2 workers however only one showed up. Steven did a great job and worked very hard while he was here. We got the job done quickly and Steven provided me with a refund for not having a second worker. He did a great job. Was very professional and I would hire him again.

It was an absolute terror of a day with high heat, humidity and dew points, but they never slowed down. And they have one of the best rates on this site!!

  • They have no idea how to load a uhaul. The movers who unloaded the truck literally laughed at the state of it and asked if I had driven through mountains. It was literally a smooth, flat, near straight line drive. Some of my furniture was broken, enough that it would cost several hundred dollars to replace. I have reached out to them about this issue and have not heard anything. I even purchased my own ratchet straps and zip ties for them to use to secure the furniture and they barely used any of it. It was also pretty unnerving that even after providing the payment code, they refused to leave until I swore up and down I would give them a tip. They’re definitely not getting a tip now. DO NOT HIRE IOMS.

  • THESE GUYS WERE WONDERFUL. THEY WERE STRONG, FAST, AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE NON-STOP WORKERS. I GOT TIRED JUST WATCHING THEM GO-GO-GO. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM 6 STARS! PLUS, THEY ARE REALLY NICE GUYS!

  • Steven and JT were great to work with. We had actually arrived 1 hour early to our destination. Steven checked in with us at the time we arrived. I informed he we had arrived not expecting them to come any earlier than the scheduled time. Both of them came right away which was unexpected, but very much appreciated. All of our items were handled with care placed in the rooms we specified with no issues. The moving process lasted only 1 hour including the setup of bed frame, box spring and mattress. Gratutity was handled in person.

  • I have used other movers in the past and Steve and crew is hands down the best company I have used. I had a lot of things that needed to fit in two pods. Steve made sure he took the time to fit everything in the pods carefully and I was happy that he got everything in. They even carefully wrapped a few items that I didn’t want scratched. They were professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

  • The two men were efficient and kind with great personalities. It was apparent they had moved furniture multiple times with how they handled it and packed it appropriately. We needed less than an hour of assistance so my only wish was that there wasn’t a 2 hour minimum, although still very affordable. We appreciate the help as we would not have been able to get this done without them!
