  • Will and Austin were great!!! They moved us in under 4 hours with multiple flights of stairs. Very respectful with our belongings and overall just a really great experience. Great price too! We will recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

  • Our move was not straightforward. It involved loading items from 2 condos to a UHaul, then moving the bulk of one condo to the other, then going to our home to deliver a few items, load more items, & make 2 trips to a nearby storage unit. Will & Austin were pleasant & professional & never acted aggravated. They were happy to go along with it all with cheerful dispositions. Plenty of times movers are in a big hurry & act like you’re a pain. We really appreciated their attitude & their service! They were also kind & caring toward my senior citizen mom who was stressed & anxious.

  • Will and Austin was on time and provided the help in unloading a 26' truck. Their work provided safe and efficient unloading in a timely manner. They provided extra help in going across town to move a pool table and heavy boxes! I highly recommend XP movers and will use them again when needed!

  • These guys were absolutely fantastic. Easy to communicate with over text, got everything unloaded SO quickly, were very friendly, and made an effort to put furniture and boxes in the areas where the items would ultimately go. We had one random box in the front seat of the truck and my dad went down to get it after they were finished, but they had noticed it and already brought it up. Highly recommend.

Communication prior to the move was frequent and clear. Day of the move they couldn’t have been more courteous, friendly and went out of their way to ensure a smooth move. They did both loading and unloading to a storage unit across town. Positive attitude no matter the ask and packed the truck with expert precision. You will not go wrong with this group. • My wife and I moved across the country to KC, and it was stressful. Will and Curry were a breathe of fresh air upon our arrival and they were total game changers! They were very communicative and thorough, we had a lot of fragile items that they handled carefully. No damage at all. They were both very personable and helpful about informing us about the local region that was now becoming our home. After we got the truck unloaded they were tasked with helping me unload a 700 pound motorcycle, and they were phenomenal in instrumenting the process safely and carefully. I am 100 percent satisfied with their services, and I would recommend them to any of my close friends or family! Will and Curry are amazing!

  • Will and his helper were great help during our move. They never complained (even in the 100 degree humid heat) and they kept up moving the entire time. They were happy to do anything we asked of them and took care to load things properly and efficiently. Communication the 1 or 2 days leading up wasn’t the best - had to call and text a couple of times before we finally got a hold of them, and the start time had some confusion, but it all ended up being fine. Would recommend them to anyone needing help loading and unloading, and personally I would use them again.

  • I cannot recommend these guys enough. Their communication was spot on. They texted me after I booked to confirm the date and time, let me know what equipment they would be bringing, and provided recommendations on what equipment I should rent. I was so worried ahead of time because I knew the move would be difficult (third floor, all stairs, weird angles, heavy furniture) but these guys showed up, got right to work, and made it all look so easy. They were courteous, quick, and loaded the truck great. They were very careful with all of my things. I wish I could take em with me to my destination so they could help with the unload too. • I have been using Moving Help for about 5 years and this is by far the worst experience. 40 minutes into the move Will yelled out I can't do this shit anymore and then told me that they would load my uhaul but they were not going to unload. They said all of their customers today ran over their time and had complicated moves. They finished everyone before me and were also late because of this(but I was understanding) but refused to finish my job. I even offered to pay for the extra time and they said no because they already planned the rest of their day. I did not get my entire 2 hours that I paid for. I am extremely pissed and Uhaul cannot issue me any refund. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND PROBABLY NEVER USE MOVING HELP BECAUSE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY CANNOT HELP.
