They moved everything swiftly, carefully, and professionally while still being friendly and easygoing.   • I would definitely use Chapman Moving again, I’m glad I took a chance on them! Moving is already stressful enough, but the movers were punctual, and once I showed them the lay of the land they got right to work and were swift and smooth!   • Great work by Jason and his buddy and completed my loading job early than 2hrs. Lots of stuffs to load in 20’ truck and they loaded them intact. Also they helped me with the last minute booking due to another moving help ppl cancelled their booking at last minute and he has show up in 30mins from booking. I would definitely recommend him!   • Jason was a great communicator- called to check in and confirm right away and then twice leading up to the move. The guys who came out- Tyrell & Austin were very nice, professional and helped unload the truck in under two hours. Would absolutely recommend!

  • The guys were awesome! They were extremely helpful, courteous, and so fast! The owner let me know that he also does TV mounting and other electrical things, so if you are moving into a new space and need help with that, I would ask him about it. Would definitely recommend 100 percent. Less expensive than the other guys, but I guarantee you the service is much better!

  • Jason's service was a great choice for our move. We moved six hours from Georgia, and Jason ensured that we didn't stress about moving our things from the U-Haul up three flights of stairs. He had excellent communication from booking to the day of, and was very kind and efficient. Even when scratching a wall, which was nearly impossible not to do with the size of our couch and entry way, he was professional in his apology and remedy for the situation. I would not hesitate to book his services again in the future.

Unfortunately, I underestimated how long the move would take but they were flexible and stayed until everything was moved in. It wasn’t because they didn’t work fast, they did! They never took a break in the 4 hours they worked. They helped my sister emotionally as the move was stressful for her. They were awesome and I highly recommend them both!. They deserve more than 5 stars!!

  • I made a short notice booking and they were very accommodating. I even had to back up time a little and they work with me. I'm not suggesting to be a problem customer like me. They were very nice and efficient and completed within their minimum time arrangement. Thanks guys for helping us out on short notice so much appreciated.   • Mixed Experience! We hired this team to help us load our U-Haul for a long-distance move. Leading up to the day, they were very communicative and professional, which we appreciated. They stayed in touch, confirmed timing, and were pleasant to work with throughout. On moving day, one mover arrived on time and got started quickly. The second showed up later, but once both were there, they worked fast and kept things moving. That said, we ran into some issues with how things were packed. Our small TV was laid flat in the truck with other items placed directly on top of it, which isn't safe for transport. Worse, our large TV ended up getting crushed, and our dresser was scratched and gouged significantly. While the crew was friendly and efficient, the lack of proper packing caused some costly damage. If you’re considering hiring them, I’d recommend being very clear about how fragile items need to be handled and keeping a close eye during the loading process.

  • I have used movers before but not like Chapman! Jason and his team arrived not just on time, but early. They didn’t waste a second getting to work and unloading. The team each introduced themselves, and were extremely professional, clean and careful. Chapman moving is the best company I’ve ever used hands down. I WILL be using them again, period. I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. Using any other company would be a mistake.

  • Jason’s help was outstanding! However Jason Chapman over communicates and tries too hard to act in charge, which causes longer time to unload. I highly suggest finding someone that WANTS to do the job hired. If you want someone to complain and hang out in the U-Haul chatting on the phone while you and another mover work go for it! If I could get the tip to be all for his helper I would and he would get way more of a tip but cause Jason is a man child he prolly keep it all to himself.

  • Jason and his coworker was incredibly! I arrived at my new location a little earlier then the time we had set to do. I contacted him, he replied almost immediately, was there in about 10 minutes and started unloading. We are on the 3rd floor, so greatly appreciated the help provided. His coworker showed up about 10 minutes after and the two of them were done well under the 2 hours hired for. It was raining and it was a 20ft U-haul they unloaded. Definitely recommend them, if you need help moving!

  • Jason did a great job! I needed help loading up the heavy items from my daughters house and added Chapman moving to my uhaul reservation. Jason reached out in advance to schedule, arrived on time, and in 2 hours had everything loaded! He even brought plastic wrap to protect important items. He is courteous, professional, and packed the truck perfectly. Don’t hesitate to use his service. Saved me from breaking my back - worth every penny and then some!!! Thanks Jason
