  • We called Simplified Moves back the next morning after helping us load the large items to assist with loading up the remaining boxes and completely fill our 26’ uhaul for the drive from Broomfield, CO to Tacoma, WA. Will and Angelo were prompt, courteous, and instrumentally helpful in getting us on the road with confidence that our belongings were safer and secure.

  • The two men who actually did the work had to move my furniture down 4 flights of stairs due to an elevator malfunction which trapped one workman inside. Fire department had to come open the doors and the elevator was left nonfunctioning. The company owner called in 2 more helpers who never showed so the move took an additional 1.5 hours. I was charged more than the owner originally quoted me with the elevator malfunction as he based it on the extra workers.

  • Here was the response I got when I made note to them about some damage. Couch was 'old' so it can be damaged further with impunity. Anthony (part of the team) was great! ME Monday, June 15, 2026 913 AM Damage is to white coffee table. Big chip on the corner of the concrete. Also damage to legs of one of the couches, mover dragged it across it floor instead of picking up with two people Monday, June 15, 2026 950 AM Hello, the 'damage' on the coffee table was minimal and an easy fix. The couch was not dragged across the floor but moved for a very short distance and it was a very old couch kept in a garage with other pre-existing damage, and it was at the bottom of the feet. All during an excruciating move of extremely heavy items that we carried out in the most professional way, without you paying any extra fee for extremely heavy items that you did not make us aware of. We also provided a third member of the crew and you did not pay for that too.

  • The experience started off fantastic with prompt and courteous communication! They got us scheduled last minute! The movers (Angelo & Anthony) were PHENOMENAL!! They were on time, friendly & lightning fast!!! They had to move us up 3 flights of stairs (with no elevator). They had our U-Haul completely unloaded and everything moved into our apt in an hour! We will call them whenever we need help & will recommend them for anyone who is moving. Simplified Moves LLC was a life-saver!

  • One of the loaders seemed confused the whole day. Unloading about 4’ of truck then reloading exactly same. These guys took 8 hours to load a 26’ truck. At destination many furniture items were damaged due to improper loading and not being secured correctly. Do not recommend these two. We will see how load insure settles damages?

  • As an owner for a moving company, I hired this company on an out-of-state move. They were accommodating, was able to adjust my schedule as I was not sure what day I would arrive for the time they kept changing and they kept accommodating.   • The team was a few minutes early, very efficient, personable, and had excellent communication. They treated our belongings with so much care, found solutions to very tricky situations (e.g., sectional couch around tight corners and stairs) without doing any damage to the walls or furniture, moved heavy furniture a second time when we decided when didn't like the original spot we asked them to place it in, and worked diligently the entire alotted time to get everything done. They also brought tools so they could assemble the squat rack and bedframe. Can't recommend Zach and Cody enough!

  • The guys were very flexible. We moved across 7 states so we weren’t sure what time we would actually arrive. With that being said the only thing that happened that wasn’t cool. Was they tried to count the scheduled time against us versus the start time. (Solution) We were able to call Will & get things resolved quickly meaning we didn’t have to pay for any hours that weren’t worked. (Pro’s) Very professional, flexible with scheduling, arrived early, no lollygagging, no broken furniture, no walls damaged during the move & no attitudes whatsoever they finished early

  • The move was smooth and completed on time. Although one team member arrived late due to traffic, the movers did not charge for his first hour. They thoughtfully disposed of unwanted items in the dumpster, and the entire process stayed on schedule. The team remained calm and reassuring, ensuring everything was safely loaded and fit properly. All items arrived 800 miles away without any damage, thanks to their efficient loading and use of ratchet straps. They brought multiple dollies and carefully wrapped all furniture with rented pads. The loading took about four hours, and I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and efficiency

  • They called me right after booking to discuss everything. Then they also called 2 other times too keep me updated on what time they would arrive due to the fresh snow coming in! They came in and worked very quickly, made it look easy honestly. They all took the time to introduce themselves to my dogs and honestly we've never seen our dogs so calm around strangers. My husband and I really enjoyed talking with them through the move. They unpacked our 26 ft truck in under 2 hours. Incredible! We will be using them again for our next move! Thanks guys!!

  • I’ve been moving every year or two for the past 15 years, and Simplified Moving is easily the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Nothing else comes close. From the moment they arrived, they catered to every need I had. They were thoughtful, efficient, and paid attention to every detail without me having to ask twice. Moving is usually stressful, but this was the first time it felt effortless. What surprised me most was the personal experience. We grabbed lunch together and had a great time. These guys weren’t just movers doing a job. They were people I genuinely enjoyed being around & will probably hang out outside of the move. I wouldn’t change a single thing about how it went. They set a new standard for what a move should feel like. After working with them, I won't use anyone else unless I absolutely have to. Also super competitive on price. They moved like machines for hours without slowing down. If you’re trying to decide which moving company to hire, this is the one.

  • Moving is expensive. So if you’re gonna spend the money, you should get what you pay for. And that we did! Will, Zach and Angelo were incredibly hard workers. Yet they were also very kind to my family members that we’re helping to move, and to my 10-year-old stepdaughter. We thought with three people we’d be done in two hours, we were wrong. They didn’t complain. If I were to need to move again, and God willing I won’t, I would not hesitate to call them at all. They made a very stressful day less stressful.

They had great ideas for complex tasks like getting a couch down from the second story. They even helped with cleanup tasks like folding furniture blankets at the end.   • Very patient and strong workers. My owner gave us a day knowtise to get out of our house so he could renovate the place. While moving I hurt my back extremely and had to go to a Charapracter to have my back alignment and therapy. So I had to call helpers. I did ... I will never forget how generous they where and how much stuff they had to move. It was insane. They did it in a timely manner and full heartily. It was amazing to watch how they worked with such passion and zest. They were soooo careful with each piece as if it where thier own.

From the initial call from AJ, to having all of my belongings moved up to the third floor if our new, snazzy apartment by Zach and his crew, everything went smoothly and professionally. Everyone was so nice, quick to get to business and thoroughly careful with our belongings. Moving is a stressful event and a huge amount of stress was relieved when Simplified Moves showed up on time and did what my wife and I are unable to. Thank you all.   • Rather than wasting my time to go into details, here is the summary -Would never hire again -Owner is extremely rude, does not take accountability, should hire someone to organize the schedule, and take business etiquette classes -Movers themselves were nice and helpful -Moves are already stressful. We already had a very complicated move with a lot of moving pieces, locations, and deadlines. Due to this company, our move became even MORE complicated and stressful -WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. PICK A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

  • I had a great experience with this moving company! They were extremely professional from start to finish and handled all the scheduling smoothly. Although they ran a little behind schedule, they communicated clearly the entire time and even sent an additional mover to keep things on track. Everyone was polite, efficient, and respectful of my belongings nothing was scratched or damaged, and they made sure to ask questions before moving anything delicate or important.   • The scheduler and movers had a miscommunication on arrival time. The movers were slow and seemed to struggle with how to get furniture through doorways and how to load the moving truck. Many of my wood chairs were scratched and damaged due to how they were loaded. Several of the boxes and totes were damaged and bent during the move due to stacking heavier totes on top of lighter totes. The previous move with the same amount of stuff, 2 guys were able to load completely in under 2 hours. These guys took a full two hours with my complete help the last hour and we still didn't get it all loaded. They were polite and they tried! They just need a little more training.

  • Scheduled my move at 12 on 4.19. They let me know they’d be running 1 to1.5 hours behind and were going to compensate me for the issue. They actually arrived 3.5 hours late with no communication in between which wasted many hours of my day. They did not prioritize the loading the way I had requested and as such said we’d need to do a second trip (I had asked to do all large furniture so if more trips were needed I could do them in my car, not the truck). They got all boxes and left big furniture. When I arrived at the unload destination they did not show. They had car troubles which I understand but the communication was really bad. 4 hours later (8;30 pm and pitch black) they finally arrived. It ruined my plans obviously but understand they had some troubles. Scheduled the remaining trip for the next morning at 8;30 am. They again did not arrive so I had friends help load the truck and they arrived at 11 to do the one heavy item. Got charged full price for them and extra from U-Haul.

In two hours our two movers unpacked our whole U-Haul and my car and did so with kindness and respect. They were very understanding of us being wiped out and not having the energy to help. They placed the items where we asked and did so with a smile. After such a long drive and being so exhausted it was such a relief to have some help with all our stuff.   • Both movers arrived at 645p it took time getting set up then started at 702p One of the two was very motivated and maintained a strong workflow The other seemed to be distracted by our belongings and made comments about some Both of us had to leave the vicinity at different times closing ourselves in a room to get him to stop talking and stay focused Midway through they took a 12min break understandably Our building has one temperamental elevator and this had to be reiterated to the distracted mover I think they could have been more efficient by both using a dolly or cart instead of trying to carry boxes one by one Both movers were careful we appreciated their attention to detail the job was done within the 2 hour time from to our satisfaction Nothing was damaged the price was right and we appreciate their hard work I would recommend this company to others looking for movers they were kind and were able to book our unload in less than 24 hours

  • After a scheduling conflict for the day originally agreed for the move, I extended the courtesy to move the date of my move to the following Saturday. The owner MJ did not show up for the move as expected and left moving the heavier items with my assistance. Also, it seemed unbelievably slow to load and unload the truck. What I thought would take under 2 hours, actually took 4. It seems only fair that my time being part of the moving crew should be compensated. The reason movers were hired, was to protect my health and physical limitations. Very disappointed that the moving help did not meet the demands of the job.

  • This move was a mess. We had hired them on last minute after a late change in plans. We understood that the service wouldn’t be excellent considering that they are the cheapest movers we could find, but I didnt expect this. We hired 2 movers for 3 hours. But due to a crazy schedule and day on Simplified Moves end, we only had 1 mover for 2 hours and then the other 1 mover for 2 hours. My fiancé was the second person the entire time and was working the full 5 hours. We only had both of them at the same time for a total of 1.5 hours. I understood it was busy and they were hired the night before but the guys had broken 2 pieces of furniture in the process. AJ, offered to give us half of a refund but since then he has ghosted us. Now I’m left to pay for the damages out of pocket and pay for a full service we had never received and that my fiancé did half of the work for. I did tip the guys, I’m just saddened by the lack of ownership and ability to make things right after it went poorly.

  • I picked these movers because they were the least expensive option and had good reviews, but it turns out they were less expensive for a reason. The movers were about 40 minutes late arriving in the morning but did communicate that they would be late. Once they were moving stuff it seemed to be going fairly well. My apartment complex had a policy that you had to move out through the garage rather than the front door which they ignored even though they were told more than once. They told us they were going to grab lunch but that took over an hour. We had to make more than one trip and on the way back they stopped at 7-11 for another half hour without informing us they were going to do so. They also caused damage to two large pieces of furniture which they offered to fix but that has not happened. One of the movers was pretty competent but the other one had to be told what to do continually by the other, not in a he was learning way but he just didn’t know how to do any of it way.

  • 15 minutes before scheduled start time, I was notified the 2nd helper was not coming to work. The owner still came on his own an hour after scheduled start time and did the entire unpack on his own, up a flight of stairs. It took him twice as long, and was way more stressful for me, along with eating up precious daylight for my unpack in the apartment which I needed due to lack of fixtures. Entirety of time was over 5 hours vs the planned 2 hours.

  • Overall this was a good experience and I would hire this company again. They were very good at communicating information to properly assess the move and were considerate of when I needed to return the truck. That being said, the move was booked for 1430 and I didn't receive notice that another job ran late until 1550. The movers didn't show up until 1650, putting the move two hours behind schedule. The movers were awesome and made up for the move time, stayed late, and ensured I was able to get the truck back in time. Even though the delay was out of his hands, AJ showed up as well to help unload and help out the team. Next time I would book a morning move to avoid this complication.

  • I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a cheaper option for moving help. The guys got to my house early and stayed later to help me unload at my storage unit. I did speak with the manager before hand to block off an extra hour just in case I needed them longer which was honored. We were all communicating throughout the whole process and they did great listening to my requests about placement of things in the truck and the storage unit. Very quick and efficient.

  • They messed up all my moving plans and I had to wait for them for 3 hours to show up! During all this time, any communication was uncertain and even though that I told them I have another crew scheduled for later in the day for the unloading, they basically did nothing to help with the situation!

  • Great service, AJ made contact with me shortly after scheduling movers with Uhaul and he kept me updated prior to the movers arriving and checked in while the movers were working. Manny and Elizabeth did a great and efficient unloading my Uhaul and loading into my storage. Everything was packing in very neatly. I would recommend and use their services again.

  • Very communicate, punctual, and efficient. They actually were a little early which I really appreciated. The couple of constructive criticism items I have is that one of the movers that helped us was new to the team so really needed a lot of guidance. This also lead to me having to help out on a lot of the heavy items we had instead of being able to focus on some other items that needed to get done. All in all, a very friendly service that was a huge help!

  • Overall the movers were awesome! They had a lot of heavy furniture and packed it all well. We did have some dings and scratches in the wall but the owner of the company offered to cover costs of repairs.

  • Manny is amazing!!! He is very organized and loads like no other. Dustin is helpful and took Manny's lead so quickly. Both guys are professional and kind. My move had some delays waiting for movers to show and then get a ride over to the new place. May have been just that day and thankful to have not gone over the allotted time.
