  • We had 3 movers for 4 hours. Good communication with owner ahead.Very courteous & worked hard. Could have used more padding but overall things arrived safely after 225 mile trip. Movers took care to remind us to be careful with unpacking as well. Movers on the other end were generally complimentary of the way the truck was packed.

  • Outstanding moving experience. John and Leo were incredible, fast, careful, professional, patient, and positive from start to finish. I was running behind and had more than expected, but they never made me feel rushed. They helped break down my king-size bed and couches, wrapped the large furniture carefully, packed the truck extremely well, and handled a very difficult couch that ultimately had to go up the stairs because it wouldn’t fit in the elevator. Jassen stayed in touch throughout the move and was very understanding when I needed extra time, which took a huge amount of stress off me. The crew stayed until the job was complete and made a difficult moving day go far better than I expected. John even helped me think through furniture placement at the new place. Six hours of moving was worth every penny. These guys saved my day. I would hire Jassen, John, and Leo again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation.

  • JP Movers was fantastic and saved the day. When another group no-showed, we had to pack two trucks ourselves, pushing our closing back two hours. JP Movers was flexible and easily moved back our unload start time. They communicated the whole time and even offered to help us pack. We originally scheduled a two-man team, but Justin rightly suggested we might want a third man since we were exhausted. I agreed, and it was the right call. The three-man team arrived on time, was careful, and efficiently unpacked both trucks in just two hours. Highly recommend.

  • Jassen and team were the best you could ask for. They had to push out arrival time a little bit, but communicated well to keep us posted on the changes. They were wonderful with our stuff - even helping repair a precious item that had been damaged in the haul from Georgia to Minnesota. They impressed us even more by getting a large gaming table into a basement through a tight turn - they literally took the table down into it's parts (there were a LOT - an inset table with drawers and more) to make it happen, then rebuilt it. Even though they STILL weren't sure it would fit, they did all that work anyway just to give it the best possible shot. And happily it worked! I seriously couldn't be more impressed. They also did wonderful working around my curious kiddos who were always popping in to check on progress or claim a box. I would recommend this team to literally everyone and am so grateful to them.
