I can’t recommend this team enough. Paul and Ralph showed up right on time and were fast, efficient, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They packed my box like Tetris, with everything fitting perfectly and nothing wasted. John kept me updated every step of the way, so I never had to wonder what was happening. That kind of communication makes a stressful day so much easier. If you need moving help, hire them. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

I had a fantastic experience with Gannon’s. I was doing a Ubox move with the full service delivery and load. They were so helpful from start to finish, from the first contact call to the final item going in the Ubox. In particular, I truly appreciated how both of the movers proactively mentioned that we could fit even more items in than I had thought. I had planned on leaving my mattress, office chair, ottoman, drawers and a couple other items as I didn’t think they would fit with me already having a bunch of boxes. They managed to fit it all with room to spare! And I think we were all done within an hour. Truly happy with my experience.

The guys from Gannon were everything I could ask for. Extremely helpful, super efficient, timely, and polite. I thought I had too much stuff to fit into two containers, but they managed to fit everything into one while making sure all the fragile and delicate items were taken care of.

My U-Box arrived at the facility early and they were able to reschedule and help me get my stuff ahead of schedule. Leading up to the delivery date, John kept in touch to help make sure we were on the same page on where and when to do the delivery. They arrived on time and unloaded everything with great care. They were friendly, warm, professional and cordial. I am very satisfied with my service. A+++++++ 11 out of 10, would hire again.

We had a great experience with Gannon's. They were right on time, packed furnitures and fragile stuff very meticulously and moved quick. No fuss. We had rented an UBox and a bunch of stuff. I had my U-Box delivered today to unload items from a cross country move, and Evan and Dan from Gannon’s Moving were an absolute blessing. Moving is stressful under the best of circumstances, and this was an emotionally tough move for me. Evan and Dan were polite, hard-working and genuinely kind that they truly lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. They handled all my belongings with care and even went above and beyond by using their own tools to help me assemble a few pieces of furniture. I am so grateful for their help today.

These movers absolutely deserve to be #1 rated. Above all, they were FAST and their work is high-tier. I used them for Ubox moving help, and they were experts at the whole process. The communicated often and quickly. On the day of the move, they were even a few minutes early. I was pretty nervous about the whole process, but they were very confident, friendly, fun, and professional. I really appreciated their work and they went above and beyond. I've hired other movers in the area who literally took 5x the amount of time to do the same work. Hire these guys if they're available, I think they're great.

I wish I could rate them 7 out of 5 stars! That’s how good they were! Gannon’s Moving was recommended to me by a U-Haul representative when my first movers no called no show. They were willing to help with my move immediately and helped make it seamless. The communications were going on a week before my move to help prep and ensure it would go smoothly. Monta with Gannon’s Moving also worked with my schedule and even helped me pack some of my stuff. Monta was the one I worked with on the move specifically and he was a godsend. John helped coordinate the move and was super responsive! I’m recommending all my Seattle friends to Gannon’s Moving if they ever need help. I had to tip Monta directly. That’s how good he was.

The team from Gannons was amazing from start to finish! I was moving out of my house for the past 10 years and had 120+ boxes and a number of very large, heavy wood furniture pieces. They took great care loading everything into my 3 u-haul boxes (excellent Tetris skills). I'd had some bad experiences with other companies previously, and I was worried about fitting everything into two U-Boxes. This is the 6th time we dealt with u-box loader and unloader, and Gannon’s is definitely top notch. For us, communication ranks very high. If they don’t pick up the phone right away they call right back even if you don’t leave a voicemail. For booking confirmation, heads-up call before the moving day, and en-route ETA communication all made us feel very comfortable. Move itself was efficient, they were very careful and courteous. I’d definitely use them again in future moves and recommend to friends. They are an actual moving company where you can expect same people, not a temporary service behind a call center where you don’t really know who’s showing up.

Let me start off b y saying John is everything you want in someone moving your stuff. He is articulate, thorough and great at what he does. He has a newer guy working with him and seeing his leadership skills on how to go about stuff showed me I will always contact him for moving jobs. I unfortunately had a purple mattress which might be the heaviest, most awkward mattress out there and I had a tricky entrance they had to get it through and he took his time and made sure that my mattress got here in great shape. Trust me, this is someone you want to hire for moves. You will not be disappointed.

Our Company Caring Transitions has worked with dozens of companies to assist us with our Senior Pack & Moves, Estate Liquidations and Clean Outs. Gannons is the third company we’ve used thru Uhaul Moving Help that we’ve given 5 stars too. When we needed help last minute the owners responded immediately and had their crew out the next day. The 2 employees they sent did a great job and needed very little direction after we explained the job. Gannons may be a bit newer, and their rate is more affordable. I owe these guys big time. We had a bit of a mishap moving across the state, and were running three hours later than we intended. So they rescheduled to help us the next day. Then they showed up and we surprised them with a flight of stairs and three cats. One of the movers had an allergic reaction but they kept helping thru it while I went and got some Benadryl. We are so sorry we were not better prepared but they communicated amazingly and were so patient while we ran around like chickens with heads cut off. This review is the least we can do. Hopefully next time we book with them they don’t automatically deny us lol but I wouldn’t blame them

He confirmed the job by phone and text when I first ordered the loading job; he confirmed again the day before; and he called me the morning of the job. Quality customer service these days seems harder and harder to find, but John delivered! They initially called to ask if they could rent an additional truck which would allow them to pick up and deliver both UBoxes at once (which wouldn't have been possible without the truck). Absolutely excellent. We were driving across states during multiple snow and ice storms and had to delay our move multiple times, but they were easy to get in contact with and were extremely accommodating. Our movers Tony and I believe Ty, sorry if I remembered wrong, were excellent! A rep from Gannon’s Moving called right after I booked online through U-Haul and scheduled a time and hashed out the details with me. I got a text about half hour before their arrival, on time, and they were very friendly and professional. I was stressed and they put me at ease and just had me give them some directions on what was moving and they handled it. They knew how to pack the U-Haul in the best way to utilize space and to fit the most we could in there. When all loaded up, we drove over to the new house and they unloaded in record speed. I liked that they used a runner in the entrance to keep from getting it dirty at both places. They made our move sooooo much easier and were careful with our things. I was already exhausted with packing and they saved my back. Definitely want to use their moving services again. Highly recommend. Five stars all around! Would give more if I could. Thank you so much!

Gannon's Movers were fantastic! They were extremely communicative. We scheduled them long before our move, and we received the confirmation call the night before as promised. They arrived early and were fully equipped with all the necessary moving tools to help us unload our 26-foot U-Haul. We move quite often, and they were the kindest movers we have ever worked with. They handled all our stuff with efficiency, skill, caution, and care. If we have any future moving requirements during our stay in Seattle, Gannon’s will be our first call.

Anyone would be lucky to work with Gannon’s moving, these guys are communicative, careful, very efficient, and have a great attitude. They unloaded my 1 bedroom out of a UHaul to an apartment up 3 flights of stairs and smiled the whole time. Every piece of furniture is in great condition, five stars, and I’m saving their contact info for future moves.

Jim and his team were great! He called the day before to confirm and notified me on the day of of his expected arrival. He was on time and everything went according to plan. They handled both the loading and unloading of the truck in the alloted time and really hustled at the end to make sure they could unload everything before the three hours were up.
