• I am so upset there are no words One guy could barely lift a box and than after two hours they left, how are we supposed to know how long it takes to unload a truck ? I have half of my 26ft truck to continue to unload and l am 67 They even left there empty drinks cups

  I Accommodated this man. He was complaining about his movers in California. Yes, me and my helper had problems lifting some of these boxes use boxes over heavy bottoms of falling out. When called him to set up the schedule? He said he only needed for us 2 hours. And only the heavy things, he said he can take care of the boxes himself. Got, down there. He was taking more breaks. Didn't want to Us in the truck, so we had to wait for him. And he tried to cut us for 30 minutes if it wasn't for my phone. When I called them, restart at 9. . He tried to keep us to 1130. An had told him I had another job. I'm an hour away from the Gentleman had another job right at 1 all of a sudden he wanted us to stay. I told him that you said you'll need it us for 2 hours, very difficult to customer. The truck was Overweight Did my best to satisfy this gentleman? But I am sorry for leaving our empty water bottles we forgot. Some people just can't satisfy.

• The Moving Helper called me and they said they cannot complete the job on the requested date, due to a system error and wrong scheduling in their side. MovingHelp Customer service and the local Uhaul asked me to cancel this for a full refund.

• The helper was a young kid that was all mouth and no hep at all. He was responsible for most of the damage to our things. After he dropped a pick ax on a coffee table I was done with him. The boss told him to go sit in the car. I paid for two men not one man and a snot nose mouthy kid.

• This mover called and asked for more money for the job. When I declined to pay an increased rate, they then said they were not able to do the job. So, they could "do" the job, but not unless I paid more for the job. Then, the person who called me hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I have contacted UHaul to report as well as social media.

• While making a reservation on U-Haul's website, I added Moving Helper to my cart - I selected the 24th, SAT as the day I needed help - in the afternoon. When I got my reservation confirmation, my U-Haul rental was on the correct pick up date of Saturday, June 24th, but my Moving Help was scheduled for the 23rd of Friday - which is today and it's now 9:34pm. I called the Moving Helper and he said he's booked tomorrow but he could try to "squeeze me in from 12 noon - 1pm". I had selected 2 hours of help - not 1 hour. I tried to edit via "Manage my Moving Help" but it would not let me edit the load/unload date unless I added on an additional helper at an additional cost of $70.00. I am going to cancel and see if I can re-do the whole thing.

• I left voice mail messages to Eagle Mountain and my calls were never returned. I was advised to text Eagle Mountain by the loaders, which I did. I ended up unloading the truck by myself with some help from my daughter. Ricky (who's phone number is listed for Eagle Mountain) called me at 3:40 pm and then sent a text at 3:42 pm asking for the location to meet me at. I informed him that I had completed the unload myself earlier in the day. Irritated that he never returned my calls to get a time set for the unload which I was asking for 1 pm. I told Ricky I was canceling the order and he just said 'ok'. Very disappointing.

• I never received communication from Eagle Mountain Moving. I called and left a voicemail the day before and the day of the move, as well as called an additional 4+ times after that and never heard back from them. They also never showed up. I called Movinghelp.com as well, and they couldn't get a hold of the movers either (I talked to a Mick). Mick said to wait a little bit, and then call back to set up another mover, but I already looked on Movinghelp and saw there are no other movers available for today. We waited an hour and a half after that, until noon, since we scheduled the move for "morning." Now I need to cancel because we have already been moving most of everything and cannot wait any longer. However, when I called Movinghelp.com just now, I was on hold for 24 minutes before the system hung up on me. We are not going to schedule any other movers at this point, especially since I can't trust this company in the least. I need a full refund of $130.95 to the card ...8400

• The mover asked me to text him the time I wanted him to show up. I texted him days in advance that I wanted him to begin the job at noon on 9/2, to which he replied "ok thxs" but he misread the text and for some reason thought I'd be calling him at noon on 9/2 to let him know what time to show up that same day. I don't understand how he could've misunderstood that, or why he'd want me to call him to schedule the day of the move. He wasn't going to be available until 3:00 at the earliest so I had friends help me instead. I chose this mover because he has the most reviews and a high rating, but had a bad experience with Eagle Mtn. He doesn't seem very professional either, signing his correspondences with "$Big Rick$" looks like I'm ordering an escort service.
