They were very communicative which was good. The bad, young guys to do our unloading who could have used some guidance. They moved at a slower pace than we have experienced with other movers, and did not place things into all of the desired rooms. Also dropped and damaged a piece of furniture. They did a job I didn't want to do, but unfortunately not as well as I would have hoped.

WOW...I didn't know anyone else other than my sister that could pack a truck...but these two guys surpassed my expectations!! I'd never used a service like this so I didn't know what to expect...except the worst because I had heard some bad stories. Miguel & Steven (I don't know if it's PH or V)-Stephen were incrediblly professional from beginning to end. They asked lots of questions, which I really appreciated since they were handling my belongings. They also put up with my backseat driving during the packing; they were very patience with me. Angel, the owner, and Juan his helper, were on time, very courteous, and worked quickly. Yes, I would use them again. I deducted one star because Angel was very confident that all of my stuff would easily fit into the U-Box container without using my suggestion to place boxes inside the three upright cabinets that were being moved. After the first cabinet was loaded and buried in the U-Box empty, he finally agreed to my idea. We completely filled the remaining two cabinets, and had no room to spare in the U-Box. The U-Box door just made it closed.

I am sorry but angel and team took our moving for granted. They didn't help our moving proceed one bit, they said they would come by 8 am Ended up coming up at 11.30 am and left by 12.30 pm. They kept hurrying us up since they were getting delayed for their second appointment. They didn't put us first but kept us on our toes. They didn't mention about locks They mentioned they would help with packing but didn't ev n help a bit. It's misleading on their website that they say they help with packing but they don't They don't keep inventory and they lost the legs of our couch. Highly would stay away.
