Jamal and Albert were amazing! They moved up the time for me so that I could return my truck early and not get fined for it. They were very respectful and accommodating. The moved everything in the order that I asked, and even to the right locations that I asked within my apartment. They anticipated a fair amount of what I wanted as well. All of this helped me keep my thoughts straight and frustrations out of the picture on a day that otherwise would have been immensely stressful. Thank you so much!

These guys that helped us move did an absolutely amazing job! They were fast, efficient, and incredibly kind and respectful throughout the entire process. They made sure to ask before moving everything. which we really appreciated. Their Communication was excellent. they kept us informed every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening. They packed our U-Haul in a very neat and organized way showing real care and professionalism in how they handled our belongings. They even moved our disposal items in our rented dumpster. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free move!

I had requested two movers at 2;15 pm for two hours. One mover arrived perfectly on time and did a great job for a single person. The second mover was an hour late to the job, and he did not really contribute much since the first mover and I had moved most of the items by then. They were both courteous though.

These gentlemen did a great job. I had mistakenly scheduled them for a monday instead of a the saturday and he was so flexible when I called him. He showed up when he said he would and was very friendly. They took stuff to the rooms where I wanted them, even helped me to set up my bed frame. They also finished 30 minutes earlier than I scheduled them for, which was amazing. I will definitely use them again when I move out.

This company is anything but efficient. They showed up one hour late worked for one hour and left for the rest of the day promising to have me moved out of my apartment by 4 PM Get they didn’t show back up until 9 PM. Same evening with a different group of guys that had no idea what they were doing, and then they asked me to pay them out of my own pocket Even though they were their employees they wanted me to pay them after they had already been paid to load the truck, which they never finished but nice guy that I am. I went ahead and gave them the payment code so they could get some food and gas. They were crying. They didn’t have any money for gas or food and they were starving. In fact I fired them that evening and told them not to bother showing up the next day to unload the truck at my new location because they were incapable of telling the truth and they lost my trust and I ended up with a lot of damaged and broken furniture, which was discovered during the unloadwhich I unloaded

Overall experience was OK. They asked to move up start time for the move to a hour earlier and then on day of move they were over a hour late. They did communicate in the morning they were going to be 30 mins late but were over an hour late. Once started moving they were efficient, friendly, helpful and chatty. There was some damage to several pieces of my furniture and they did not provide any tools and could not help disassemble or assemble IKEA bed.
