This company went above and beyond to help settle my fears. I was attempting to coordinating a move of my daughter from Idaho back to Texas. I knew we would need movers as she has a lot of stuff. Todd (owner) and Taylor were GREAT. They did not bat an eye when they walked in and saw that my daughter had not packed as much or as well as I would have hoped prior to their arrival on Saturday morn. I even talked about the possibility for them to come back the follow day if needed, Todd was open to the idea fortunately we did not need it. Extraordinary Movers came in, arrived on time did a great job with what was available and for that I am very appreciative. If they were located in Texas I would definitely use them for all moves. I'm not sure just due to it being a Saturday if the two gentlemen were pressed for time so I was reading their body language wrong but the older gentlemen was very curt. Very rough with the items ;our washer and dryer, shelving and entertainment center -which now has a broken leg and we had just bought it. He had arrived at 9 50 but couldn't find our building, which no problem it's a confusing complex but the people I had there to help me complained about their demeanor as well as their professionalism. This is the first time we've used movers ever so I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm kinda sad that as a result of how rough they were my entertainment center is now broke and I just bought it off Amazon not even 5 mo ago.

Ordered a four person crew. One person showed up at the designated time. The second showed up 45 minutes late and the other two not at all. Paid the on-time person $60 cash for his help and paid the other $20 for 15 minutes of help. Please see my complaint regarding Todd from Extraordinary Movers. Originally, I had ordered 4 movers for Monday, August 28th. On Thursday, August 24th Todd from EM contacted me about not being available for the designated 3pm time for Monday and asked if there was any way I would could do Tuesday because they were overbooked. I said that I could do Tuesday morning as early as possible because I had to work, and said that if they were over-booked, two workers might work in a pinch...thinking I was helping Todd out. One person showed up. I contacted Todd and he said that it was not his fault that his employees did not show up. Immediately, he was on the defense. Todd and his crew did an excellent job for us. Not only did they pack and secure the load in an excellent manner so that there was no damage to our goods, but they also did it in a complete blizzard.
