I had to use their services twice. I did not expect to need as much help as I did. Each time they were great, professional, helpful, and kind. They moved fast and efficiently, they followed all directions, brought their own tools to take apart things I hadn't quite gotten to. I went into my move entirely unprepared and they were a tremendous help from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. Price was great, service was fantastic and they were awesome people to spend a very overwhelming time with.

Great company and great people, very professional and they did everything that was needed in two hours, additionally they had 3 people instead of 2 which helped a lot to finish everything on time. I will definitely recommend them.

This review but a small token of my appreciation to Rich, Jake and Raeshawn for saving the day after the company that should not get a mention left me in a lurch. Special thanks to Rich who made sure his crew had the equipment they needed. The guys had a plan, worked efficiently as a team, came up with solutions that saved me time and $ and most importantly restored my faith in peoples goodness and quality of moving help offered through Uhaul site (which I've used for over 20 years). Without hesitation, I will recommend this company for all your moving needs!!!

The guys worked hard to get the truck loaded despite the rain and stairs, and even stayed an extra 10 minutes to make sure the truck was completely unloaded. The truck was packed very efficiently and I could tell they had a lot of experience to draw from.

Rich and his crew did an outstanding job. The unloading to a second floor apartment was difficult with steep stairs but they kept pushing forward to finish the job. They were very careful not to damage any of the furniture. They were all very respectful and it was a pleasure to have them help us in our move. We would definitely hire Optimum Express Moving again.
