  • Do not use this company if you want your belongings treated with care and a good experience. This was one of the worst moving experiences l've had. Throughout the job, the crew was constantly distracted on their phones and taking excessive breaks. It felt like they were actively trying to drag out the hours, and I constantly had to supervise and encourage them just to keep working. To show hospitality, I even bought them breakfast, Gatorade, and water, but they still showed zero appreciation and didn't care at all. To top it all off, they ended up damaging several pieces of my furniture and straight up lied about it. Communication was just as frustrating calling multiple times went unanswered, and they would only ever reply via text. Highly unprofessional from start to finish. Save yourself the headache and hire a different company.

  • Do not use this company. If I could less than a one star I would. I have made repeated attempts to contact them and they are ghosting me. They emptied a truck for me and damaged my wall while moving the furniture. I understand this happens but, the company was notified immediately as I witnessed this happening and took photos of the damage and has not contacted me since with a resolution to the damage. They are ignoring my text messages and calls. As a business they should at the very least contact me and provide a solution!

  • I couldn’t recommend this moving company enough! We had a 15-foot truck to unload into a first-floor storage unit and booked two movers for two hours, both named Jorge! They were incredibly fast, efficient, friendly, and careful with everything. They unloaded the entire truck in just 45 minutes and still took the time to help organize the storage unit exactly how I needed it so certain items would remain accessible. What easily would have taken my partner and me four hours, they handled seamlessly in under an hour. They genuinely gave us part of our day back and made the entire process so much easier. Amazing experience from start to finish, thank you, Jorge & Jorge! 10 out of 10 experience, I will be using them in the future.

  • The moving crew loaded our truck in a very haphazard manner, which caused some items to get smashed and broken during travel. (40 in. TV, wooden end table, small bookshelf, full length mirror) We rented a 26' truck for a 3 bedroom apartment, and should have had plenty of space. The truck was packed all across the bottom with no stacking or organizing of the furniture and boxes we had. The crew also did not finish the moving job. They left a lot of items behind and took off without warning.

  • I hired these helpers for 2 hours to finish a move we had started the week before. We only had a few remaining belongings to unload, so there was no need to rush. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. The unloading was slow, yet despite having plenty of time, they left about 20 minutes early because they said they had finished everything that needed to be done. During the move, they left dirty handprints on the walls and balcony, made several scuff marks throughout my brand-new home, and bumped my furniture against the stairway walls, causing damage. I specifically told them there was no rush and that they could take their time to be careful, but that didn’t happen. I’ve used this company before and had a great experience, which is why I hired them again. Sadly, this time the quality of the service was nowhere near what I expected. I was very disappointed.

  • Don’t use, I paid for a load and unload that wasn’t completed!! The movers were slow and took too long to load the truck. They didn’t finish loading the truck and there were several items left behind. They got the truck mostly loaded and told us that we should drive to the storage unit so they had time to unload. When we arrived at the storage unit, the loading bay was blocked off by U-Haul trucks and inaccessible. They saw the stairs they’d have to use because the bay was blocked and decided not to finish the job causing additional expenses to extend rental and equipment, additional gas and mileage charges, and hiring another set of movers to actually unload the truck! The new movers (not this company) had the truck unloaded and inside our storage unit in less than 1 hour! This was the worst experience I’ve had with movers, and the service was not completed. The truck was not fully loaded and the movers didn’t unload the truck! They also caused damage.

  • I am so heartbroken on how everything was handled. I have a newborn and not much help around so we needed the movers. From the get go, they got there 30 minutes after the set time. And one of the men were nice but the other one was completely. Talking about the work in Spanish thinking I don’t understand and when told I knew what he was saying, he said he didn’t care. Every single one of our furniture has been marked up. My babies crib and dresser are damaged. My couch is all scuffed up. We got furniture pads and all. This has been an absolute nightmare of an experience and I truly am devastated with how our things were handled. I’m not sure how to go about things, I need these things fixed or touched up or even replaced at this point. I went through with this because this company had amazing reviews but now I am filled with regret.

  • Horrible Experience. Spent most of the time trying to communicate thru phone apps as I don't speak Spanish and they didn't speak English. One of the guys came and asked to use my bathroom and then proceeded to poop for ten minutes at $130 per hour. They bent and damaged my brand new TV and scratched my brand new entertainment center. I booked a piano move as well and they were completely unable to move the piano, and not only unable to move, but with ZERO knowledge of what to do in order to perform the service. They knew that I had a grand piano prior to move date and did nothing! It caused me to have to cancel the service and find someone in a day and pay three times as much. ZERO out of 10 I do NOT recommend these people. Really dreadful. They haven't even emailed or called or texted me back despite knowing about it.

They kept me informed, sent other movers to help, and still got me moved in the same day. I was so impressed by their speed, friendliness, and genuine willingness to help. Their professionalism and care for my belongings were outstanding. I highly recommend!

  • Jonel and Jose were absolutely amazing with our storage move! They handled everything quickly, efficiently, and with so much care. Moving a full unit can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where we needed it. Nothing was damaged, and they worked fast without cutting corners. If you need help with a move or storage transfer, I highly recommend Jonel and Jose — true 5-star service all the way!

  • I appreciated that they extended their time and tried to fill the truck for one go. I also appreciated that they waited for us since we were delayed. That being said, there were times when there were 20min conversations about where to put things between the two of them and stuff like that ate up the time we had. Also, I’m very unhappy with the fact that in 13 hours we still had about a half of a truck full to empty. We paid a lot of money to not even have the job finished by the end of it. We also found that some of the packing of the truck was rough and various items ended up broken and certain boxes that were heavy and should’ve been closer to the ground, were more up top. I also saw certain things dropped, especially by the older worker. The biggest thing that frustrated me though, was at the end of the night when releasing them there was a lot of pressure for a 5 star review and they were taking up time I needed for us to put things into a storage unit that was closing soon.

  • The two guys were awesome. Extremely hard working, friendly and professional. NO tips because I paid for 2 FULL hours and I only needed them for 30 minutes AND that was only because I was exhausted. I told them that exceedingly SHORT work span was their tip. They were fine with that and so was I.

  • Our service providers did not speak any English which made the entire moving experience difficult. They were scheduled to work 3 hours but only completed 2 hours of work and still made us paid for the full 3. They left piles of boxes in the garage which needed to be brought in and during the process broke items in two of the boxes. At the end of their service, one of the providers tapped all 5 stars on the review and asked us to put a tip for both providers right on the spot, making it very uncomfortable for us. I wish I knew who these providers were because 1 out of the 2 was okay to work with, but overall we are very dissatisfied with our experience and will not be working with this company again.

  • These movers were Absolutely great. They arrived on time (10 minutes early) they finished earlier than what I reserved for (reserved 2 hours they were done in 1 and a half). They had to move furniture to a 3rd floor walkup. I work for uhaul and am usually upselling Moving Help but it's my first time using them myself. Now I can upsell with absolute conviction!

  • Good Guys but limited experience, extremely slow, and no organizational skills At this first stop which was a small load, we had to help unload. arrival time changed twice, 2nd time due to traffic tie-up and due to late arrival could not complete original agenda, Items were left for loading and unloading from the next stops, ProfXpress did negotiate some resolution. Our end result leaves us with hiring another truck and other movers
