These young men were not self starters. We felt like we needed to help them along in order to get the truck unloaded even in the 3 hours. They took an extraordinary amount of time getting back from each dolly load and had to be told multiple times to move things out of the truck that were too heavy for us to get to the truck exit. We felt that they really slowed down at the end even though they got started late. We were disappointed especially because our experience with the load in CA was so different. We would not recommend these two. We didn’t think they deserved a tip.

The guys were friendly enough, but were not what I could call enthusiastic about the work. They did a pretty good job, but it could have been just a bit more efficient and a little faster pace. I do appreciate the help as it would have been a lot of work without their help.

They showed up at a good time but the two workers were slow and milked an extra hour to charge me more. They turned a 3 hour job into a 5 hour job and on the way to unload they took an extra half hour to make stops for food and drinks which ran on my time. They dragged my dresser and my mattress across the brick pavement scratching both them among other items I had. Definitely won't be using them again.

Worst movers ever. They loaded the boxes, one by one without using any dollies and didn’t have any special equipment. They loaded my truck without going higher than 5 feet. They weren’t using all of the space available to them at the top. They completely abandoned me after they loaded the truck. I was left to hire other movers to help me unload the next day.

Isaiah and Gabriel were both very professional and extremely flexible around our scheduling. We had some trouble picking up our truck on time, and yet they were kind enough to accommodate our new starting time and were able to finish moving things in 2 hours. They were very friendly and worked very hard. I would recommend them to anyone needing help moving in Salt Lake!

We had some timing issues, was supposed to be 230 but got there at 430, but they did text me to let me know they were running late. Once they got there the helpers did a nice job moving the stuff quickly and efficiently. The only thing I would say is that they do not come with much equipment, which was fine for today as I wasn’t moving too heavy of items but I will be moving really really heavy solid wood and antique furniture from my basement up 2 flights of stairs so will probably hire elsewhere just to find somewhere that will have moving straps, carry straps, and heavier equipment to help just to protect the workers and the furniture. But for basic moving needs, normal furniture that 2 men can load and move, they did a good job. Nothing was damaged and they were quick. Thanks for the help.

The guys seemed nice and worked fast. But the job was terrible. Things were just thrown into the truck and not planned and placed. They didnt use rope to tie things down that i provided. The items are not secure in the truck. Also because of the poor packing, not all my items fit in the truck.

The actual movers were great. Dealing with the company was terrible. They called me the night before saying they couldn't provide the service at the time I had requested weeks before. I agreed to the movers coming 2 hours after they were supposed to. On the morning of the service I got a another call saying they could now show up at the original time. Terrible management.

Our baby changing dresser was tipped over while one of the movers was coming down from the U-Haul truck with a load. He claimed it was the wind. It wasn’t. The wood at the top of the dresser completely split and is severely damaged beyond repair.

The gentleman that showed up to do the move were great and did a great job, but the lack or 4 or 5 stars is because they didn't keep the contracted time and required me to reschedule which meant I had to rent the Uhaul an extra day and extend my move an extra day, which was not only inconvenient but costly. Prior to the confirmed time I had many text discussions sent them pictures of what we'd be moving. But, just a couple hours before they were supposed to arrive, (too late to find another service for that day) they told me that they could not fulfill the contract at the time and asked me to reschedule. I did reschedule, because I had to have them move a heavy piece of furniture but that meant that I was required to pay for an extra day of Uhaul as well. The young men were great once here but the reschedule was a huge issue.

The movers showed up 30 minutes late but said if was due to an issue with their car. If that's true, it's understandable. They were hired for 3 hours but the boss called at 2 hours and said they were done. They did stay for the 3rd hour. They worked hard but could use a little better organizing skills.

The two guys who came to help were great, but the boss or manager changed the start time from 0800 to 1500 without me knowing until the day of, there was also some miscommunication about the amount of hours and people which falls back on uhauls bad interface.

I had a hard time communicating with the movers. Only one spoke English. I am not sure how experienced they were but they completely damaged my $100 metal shelf, and I asked several times for them to move a mini fridge and nightstand downstairs and they never did. I felt there was a lot of wasted time. Like trying to carry too much instead of just taking 2 trips. They were very rough with my 57 year old dresser. Trying to shove the drawers back in when they weren't even on the track. I don't understand people that don't value other people's items.

I booked them for 3 hours and it took them about 2 hours to get to me so I didn't get the full 3 hours that I needed to unload the truck I only got two so I wasn't very happy about that otherwise they were good movers and they did a good job

The two helpers communicated the entire time. They asked if they could be 30 min late, and I had no issue with it. I should have told them to bring the appliance dolly, because I hired them to bring a 350-lb fridge up a flight of stairs and another refrigerator down the stairs. Since they didn't need a moving van, I should have told them to bring the dolly first. I could tell they were hard workers, and Spanish is their primary language, which was no issue. I hired them for 2 hours, and they finished in less than an hour. They helped me move the fridge to another house, only 10 min away since I had some time left and the minimum time is two hours. We were still done in an hour and thirty minutes. A case of Modelo put a big smile on their face!

They was an hour late showing up, however they did stay in contact with me about being late.. They was very strong, and energetic I was impressed how fast and strong they was m and very well mannored gentle with my belongings and very considerate. I will use the services again in the future when I need to move again . Hopefully I can get ahold of the company next week or in a couple of days to apply a tip I'm just so broke now. but they definitely deserve and earned a tip.

The reason for giving a 1 is that I had to pay for 2 hours, I used them for a little under an hour and they were super late. I should only have to pay for the 45 minutes that I used them for. The guys were super nice and professional, but when I don't need them for a full 2 hours and I have to pay the full amount it's like theft.

Instead of having them move furniture into the house, we just had them move it to the garage because they were not trained to move furniture and we not able to move items up stairs.

They were good to work with but they were late and rescheduled to a later time. Originally scheduled to start at 830am and they pushed to 930am, but they showed up at 1010am. They didn’t keep their time promise at all but otherwise great movers.

Alec, Oscar, and Jose were amazing! They unloaded our 20 foot U-haul in 90 minutes, including a very large and heavy bedroom set! They handled all of our fragile items with care and took into consideration where we wanted boxes and furniture pieces! We would 100 percent recommend and hire them again!

Yesterday I would have said 5 stars, even with the issues. Today I saw what I was left with. After some challenges due to the previous movers and an XL washer and dryer, I stopped them from moving the washer & dryer entirely. Later they came back saying they could do it amd wanted to finish it. I am left with the dryer halfway on the stand, both front legs logged inside so it is bowing, damage across an entire window sill, and a stain on the step where they accidentally pulled off the hoses and dumped water originally. I paid $500 am now out $500 more to hire for repairs with no local companies and no way to do laundry. My fault for allowing it after damage already occurred. Livid that they left things like that. To them, know your limits and have integrity.

They showed up 45 minutes late. It was snowing and they did text. When they got there however, they literally sat in the car staring at the U-Haul truck l, texted me they were there, and waited for me to answer for 10 minutes. They were very unskilled at moving were very slow and I felt like I didn’t get my money worth. I also could not communicate well at all as they spoke very little English. I would not recommend them and will ask U-Haul for a refund.

Bulbo LLC. was the absolute worst moving company I have endured in my moving history since 1987. I do not recommend that my enemy use them. They were moving in slow motion. I only had one bedroom set and boxes, and it took them over five hours to move me. I had to pay for two extra hours, and then I had to rent the Uhaul truck for a second day. I have moved whole houses in five hours. I moved from a 1,100 sq ft place to a 790 sq ft. I had already moved my sectional, dinette set, and clothes. They ONLY had to move a queen size bedroom set and it took them 5 hours. They took my money on purpose and moved extra slow. I had to Zelle the OWNER money at the end. They stole my money and robbed me because I am a woman. I feel used and played. In the end, the guy who spoke English told me his leg was hurt and the other guy was new. Then don't send them to me. I am so angry you have no idea. This move left me broke and feeling like this company tried to get over on me. DO NOT USE THESE CON MEN.

This should have been a 4 hr job, but it took 7. The team moved very slowly. 3 qtr of a 20 ft truck of boxes was removed into my garage within the first 1.5 hrs, but it took the remaining 5.5 hrs to pick up a few pieces of furniture at an apartment and take to a storage facility. They were carrying boxes on carts and both would take the one instead of taking separate carts. Their time was not used efficiently and they moved slowly. When my husband arrived at the storage facility around 5 pm he emptied the remainder of the truck on his own to speed up the process. They also charged me an additional 3 hrs and asked me to pay via Zelle.

When I made my original moving request, I provided the two addresses needed for loading & unloading. The night before it seemed like the movers never got those addresses so I had to provide again. The morning of, they went to the wrong location making us an hour behind. Neither mover spoke English and, on multiple occasions, did not follow instructions. They were not efficient in their process and had to re-do work, causing more of a delay. In trying to stack as high as they could, it actually slowed them down further instead of making 2 trips vs 1. It was, by far, the worst moving experience I've ever had.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to moving. 1. The communication was horrible 2. They tried to say I canceled 3. The found some help but the help arrived 1 hr 30 min later 4. The movers didn’t speak English so there was a lot of wasted time trying to communicate via google translate 4. The movers were slow (understandably because I later found out they had been working since 6am with no food or water) 5. The company advised they couldn’t finished the job. 6.They advised that couldn’t start the work until they got the code first 7.These are not professional movers just people they find. 8. My compensation was a 5 percent discount and a hr i didn’t have to pay but it all didn’t seem fair because a lot of my time was wasted due to language barrier and bad business.

Moving help was ok and I’ve used uhaul service providers many times. Unfortunately they dropped an antique victola on its back, showed up with no equipment- they did not even have a dolly - luckily I had one. Team that showed up didn’t speak English. I know some Spanish but definitely made communication harder.
