Movers showed up 30 minutes late. We realized we'd need and additional 2 hours and paid for such but once we unloaded (still in the 1st 2 hour block) they did not return for the remaining items and time hired.

One mover was a teenager who I had to tell to be careful she did not scratch my floors. They rushed thru loading and furniture was placed next to each other with no blankets and the furniture has rib and scratch marks. My headboard was thrown on top loosely on top of piles in truck not secured at all

2.5 hours late. weight bench came up missing.

Move seemed to be going well, until they were unloading my things. They broke my heirloom dining table! When I asked about it, they said the u-haul insurance would take care of it. When I returned the truck, I asked about it, and was told that the movers are responsible for damages they have, and that's why they're insured. When I went back to the movers, they're now ghosting me. I have no idea what to do next!

The crew of Ray, Ralph and David was extremely efficient, professional and courteous. We had a need on short notice and Load you Up responded quickly and were a tremendous help. Also thanks to Anotnio for his prompt and clear communication. A+ highly recommended!

This move was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. The entire team was professional, proficient, and experienced and the owner is exceptionally amazing. The transition went smoothly and everything was handled with care. My family and I are grateful.

They finished in way less time than I thought it would take them. They secured everything and were very polite and respectful. I would use them again.
