  • I use U-Haul movers quite a bit. This was probably one of the worst experiences that I had. The guys were respectful and very kind so that was great but they struggle moving the items they marked up my door jams moving an elliptical. They dropped my $1300 grill down the stairs not once but twice so I had to help them my grill is destroyed. . They bickered and argued the whole time about how to do stuff. I emailed the company to let them know that my grill was destroyed and I still have not heard back from them

The job took less time than the 2-hour allotment - that should figure into a tip. By the way, I did send each an additional $10, through Eddie’s personal contact number. He promised to share with Antoine.

  • I booked 2 people for 2 hours. I had moved out A LOT of my stuff prior to this moving day. I had everything all set up already by the front door for them to move. Couldn’t make it any easier for them. I only had 1 heavy piece for them to move which was my couch. No beds, no tables, no appliances, no dressers. Simple move. All the one guy did was complain about how heavy the couch was and this is the heaviest couch I’ve ever moved. Legit took them about a half an hour to move just the couch. Then after they finally got the couch in the truck the one guy decided to just sit on the steps and start using his phone! I booked these guys for 2 hours and break time?? I’m not lying when I say my 15’ truck was only a qtr full and then the couch. Not much stuff at all. To top it off I arrived at the destination 10 mins before they arrived. I honestly thought they were going to be a no show. When they got there the guy said to me sorry had to stop for gas. Unbelievable. Can’t make it up!!

  • I hate to leave a bad review because the help was appreciated, but we did not have a great experience. They arrived high and took an exceedingly long time to load the truck. Second location was less than a mile away and they took 15 to 20 minutes to arrive. Broke a light fixture and damaged furniture in the process. Did not reassemble furniture and were not careful at all with items. We ended up having to help them with a bunch of loading and unloading in order to help them stay on time. Again, we appreciated the help, but will be paying higher dollar next time for more experienced and professional movers.
