They were very professional and accommodating. I called them on the day I was needing the help. My wife was driving with a 26’ U-Haul from Spokane, WA and was unsure of the arrival time. They totally worked with me on arriving on time even when I was only able to give them about a 60 minute ETA of the truck. They worked quickly and all of our things were treated with respect. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Skyler, the owner, and his employee Joey were an absolute pleasure to work with. They arrived right on time and were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire job. They handled all of my belongings with care and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They completely emptied my moving pod in less than one hour, carrying every single box and piece of furniture up three flights of stairs, and not once did I hear a complaint. They worked incredibly hard, maintained a great attitude from beginning to end, and made what could have been a very stressful moving day so much easier. I was extremely impressed with both of them and would happily hire them again. I highly recommend Move N Groove!

Skylar and his 2nd guy, (sorry I didn't catch his name. These two were here inspite of car issues, they showed up and had the 15ft uhaul that was packed tight to the top. I have some very heavy pieces, oak roll top desk, real wood book case with glass front etc. They were careful and moved things to safe and workable stacks for the totes and boxes and my plethora of fabrics. They were lifesaver! The help that was supposed to help us unload bailed on us. Of the 4 if us I am the most able bodied, I helped where I could, but they didn't need me. The had everything unloaded in 1 hour. Nice guys. I will hire them again, and highly recommend using them! Five Stars is not enough!

We were super happy with our moving help from Move n Groove! The moving team was on time and communicated effectively. They took complete ownership of our move and made us feel comfortable. They had to move a LOT of heavy boxes and furniture items down 3 flights of stairs and they made it look easy. They worked efficiently and effectively. We hired them for just loading up the truck, but ended up extending it to have them unload because they were so awesome. Hire them!!! You will not regret it. Great experience from start to finish. We hired three movers, and they were efficient, professional, and friendly. They loaded the truck very securely—we moved to another state and nothing shifted or got damaged. At the same time, they made sure we still had enough space in the truck in case we needed to add additional items later. They were responsive, polite, and on time. Highly recommend—no regrets.

Anthony and Alex got called out to my move at last minute. Understandably arrived about an hour after scheduled start time and called to keep me informed of delays. Continued to ask questions as needed after i showed them what items were being moved, what special handling was needed, then got to work. They staged well and made adjustments as needed as we discussed what and how much remained to be loaded. Got everything but 10 boxes from a 4 bedroom house into 15' truck. One item being handled differently would have resulted in 5 stars in all categories. They weren't able to help or recommend what washer and dryer plug adapters to use so appliances are operational. Being trained in that would likely address that issue.

I feel like there must be multiple sets of movers because some people seem to have great experiences and then we had one similar to another review on here. They showed up on time but seemed to be sleepwalking. They got the job done (eventually) and were careful and polite. However my spouse was loading 5 times as fast as these guys and he's a lot older than them. One of the guys sat in our bathroom for over half an hour and had to be told by the other to get out once my spouse complained. We ended up needing an extra hour, which I wouldn't mind paying for at all if they had been moving along, but as it was my spouse lifted the heavy stuff with one of them while the other did not do very much.

They did an exceptional job, took great care of all our items and boxes and packed the truck really well both making sure everything fit, and also keeping everything safe and secure to prevent damage while driving and unloading. And it was all done quickly and efficiently. Not to mention that they were really professional and friendly

The guys showed up on time, worked hard, and did everything I asked with a can-do attitude. I significantly underestimated the amount of time it would take to load and unload my belongings. They stayed 3 additional hours (in 100 degree heat!) to get the job done. I absolutely recommend this crew and will hire them again.

Such nice people! We were coming from out of state and ran into some traffic delays. I wasn’t sure what time we were going to arrive, but they were excellent with communication.so we could get the timing right. It was also a difficult move, a skinny little staircase and we couldn’t park the trailer super close to the apartment. We also had several very heavy items. The two young men handled it with no complaints. Highly recommend!

I reserved with another helping business who never reached out to me and never answered any of my attempts to contact so when I cancelled the day before I needed them and I scheduled this reservation with Move & Groove, they called me within a few hours to confirm. Even though we scheduled last minute and had a pretty wide timeframe we would be showing up at our new house due to travel, they were very accommodating and were okay with me giving them a solidified time only an hour before. When the helpers showed up, they worked well together and I noticed immediately how they took a lot of care around walls and doorframes and didn’t hit anything on the walls once. I like when movers don’t work too quickly and instead focus on taking care of our things. We were very grateful for their help.

Outstanding! The communication prior to as well as during the loading could not have been better. They worked their tail off and always had a smile on their faces. They packed the items with care and I couldn’t believe how expert they were in making use of every inch of space. Very detail oriented. At one point I saw one of them jogging from our shop to our house. We got our monies worth and we would highly recommend them if you want a seamless pleasant experience. Thank you!!!!!
