These guys were top notch. We hired them to unload a rental truck. We had some very heavy items and they had no problems. They were very professional and friendly.

These movers are excellent! I got a confirmation call right away, and they were right on time, set to work right away, and very careful with me belongings. They made sure to unload everything exactly where I wanted it. They even brought their own packing blankets, a blanket device that clips to the door so it doesn't get damaged as they enter the house, their own rope to tie furniture in place, and a few other extras. Talk about peace of mind! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Highly recommend Hometown Helpers! They were extremely communicative, professional, and dependable. Christian and Alejandro worked hard to unload our things quickly while handling everything with care. Throughout the entire process, they made sure everything was placed where we wanted it and that we were completely satisfied before calling the job finished. They also helped reassemble our furniture and everything looks great. We will definitely use Hometown Helpers again for any future moving needs!

I am so happy with their packing service. The communication was excellent right from the time I booked them. Christian gave me helpful tips about all the supplies I should buy to make the packing process efficient (my first big move). Our crew was Christian and Alejandro, they both moved quick, handled our stuff with care, and listened to our feedback. They packed the pod very effectively. Moves are never easy but with them packing I felt at ease. I highly recommend them.

Hired Hometown Helpers Moving Assistance through U-Haul Moving Help to close out a real estate sale. Needed bedroom sets and remaining furniture moved from inside the home to the garage for a donation pickup. Christian and his crew handled it. Second time I've hired him. First time was my own family move and he left such an impression that I didn't think twice about booking him again. He is a rare find here in Fresno. Trustworthy, reliable, attentive, and friendly. As long as he is doing this work, he is my go-to. Background checks and drug tests on his team are a definite plus. A move is stressful enough already. Last thing you want to worry about is who is in the home. With Christian's crew, you don't. They prepped the walls so nothing got scuffed. Moved everything carefully. Christian stays hands-on the whole time. This guy is amazing. One of those small business owners I want to cheer on and see grow. Highly recommend!

The only issue was that I wasn't told that they couldn't start until I was physically on site. My husband was there while I was tending to my bedridden mother. I was only 1.5 minutes away, so it wasn't a huge deal but I would have used my husband's name had I know the requirement.

Hometown Helpers was great to work with. I have used movers a few times and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. They took extra care to protect my items, and both the house I was moving out of and the one I was moving into. I would recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Christian and Dravin were awesome and also super efficient. I wasn't sure if everything would fit properly in the 20' truck, but they were experts and had everything in and out loaded safely. They did an incredible job, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs it.

Amazing Moving Help from Alejandro and Dravin! Alejandro and Dravin were absolutely incredible! They showed up right on time, worked fast, and handled everything with great care. Both of them were super friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole move. They made what could’ve been a stressful day go really smoothly — loading and unloading was efficient, and they treated my belongings like their own. I couldn’t have asked for better help. Christian actually reached out a couple of times before the move, and on our first call he even gave me tips on what I should have on hand to make things easier. That set the tone right away. On moving day, he and Adrian showed up on time, were super friendly, and even prepped the areas before moving anything, which I really appreciated. They were careful, worked smoothly together, and just made the whole process stress-free. Definitely the crew I’ll be recommending whenever someone needs movers.

Christian and his crew were absolutely amazing! We wouldn't have been able to get the job done without him. He took care of organizing the u-haul we rented to pack in as much as possible while still protecting my furniture and electronics. He took great care to avoid damaging the items that were being moved and the wall and door ways in both houses. Communication was great throughout the whole process and he was even able to accomodate more time that was needed on the spot. I highly recommend him for your next move!

They went above and beyond for us, moved impossibly heavy things, in the blazing sun, w. stunning professionalism and lock step teamwork they carefully packed our items that arrived without anything broken. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Our move was very large and filled with a ton of variables. The guys at Hometown Helpers were professional and clearly have expertise in the space. Their communication both before and during the job showed a level of service and care for our belongings that I hadn’t come to expect from my previous experiences with movers. Right off the bat my wife and I could see our move was in good hands and a huge stress was lifted off of our shoulders. Can’t thank the team enough for their help. Amazing job by Darwin, Dravin, and Christian! The team had clear and respectful communication throughout the booking, scheduling, and loading process. Extremely professional service, and made us feel very safe and valued. They had great attitudes despite working on a pretty hot morning. My wife and I highly recommend this moving service!

If you’re wondering who you should hire to help you move, hands down, hometown helpers, Christian and Darwin. I haven’t moved in over 10 years so moving felt overwhelming, stressful, and confusing, until hometown helpers came on moving day and saved the day. We rented uhaul 15’ the size recommended for a 2 bedroom and after we picked up the truck we realized it was too small for the stuff we have in the apartment. Christian and Darian busted their behind to save the day and make as much of our stuff fix as possible, in the Fresno heat. Our apartment is located up stairs, no elevator, they made it happen. As I’m writing this I am still amazed at how professional and wonderful their services were. Do not hesitate to book with them, you will be impressed with the quality of service, relieved, and put at ease with the process.

Christian and Alejandro kicked butt! They accepted a last minute request due to a change in plans in our move in. Christian is a great communicator (text & call) and arrived promptly. They were super friendly and moved everything we needed to in the time allotted. I will most definitely be hiring these guys in the future to move in new furniture or move to future homes. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I highly recommend Hometown helpers. I have never had a moving company that was so professional. The owner Chris keeps you informed and is available every step of the way. He checked in at all the right times so that I never worried. This is also the first moving company to never scratch a wall, the floor or any of the furniture. Chris takes the time to teach his staff to be ultra professional and to treat your items and home like gold. I wouldn't call anyone else in the future.

Amazing experience with Hometown Helpers! Excellent communication, they were able to work with all the oddities about the move, and were open to stay longer when it was needed. I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to after the services received by Christian and Darwin. These guys are awesome. Hard working, strong young men that push until the job is done. From moving our boxes (from the second floor) to the uhual, all the way to unloading at our new place, Christian and Darwin moved with energy and excitement to get the job done. Aside from how hard working they were, it's rare to find people as kind and caring as these gentlemen. Christian and Darwin made our move easy and really helped add to the excitement of moving. I would recommend Hometown Helpers to everyone! I wish many blessings to this business as they've blessed our family. Don't think twice- hire these guys! You won't be disappointed! Did I mention they were running in between moving the boxes? Seriously... no need to do that but extremely appreciated. Thank you again!

Truly impeccable service, 10 outta 10 will be booking & recommending them moving forward to everyone we know. What took our 1st set of movers 4hrs they managed in 2.5 without any damage or issues. So incredibly professional & personable. They were so flexible with our timeline getting pushed with closing escrow on our new home, truly went above & beyond unlike any other moving company I’ve worked with over the past 12 years.
