• The person we scheduled ended up having a conflict on the day of out move (communicated to us day of) so he sent someone else, which was fine. They did a fast job of moving things of our apt but didn’t help as much with placing and organizing things in the truck. They left about half of our furniture outside of the truck and we had to lug it on the platform.

• I have used them twice now and I regret not using them for loading and unloading. They are fast and bring equipment. They loaded my 2br apartment into a 20ft truck in 1.5 hours with room to spare. I will never use anyone but them. Best movers available. Stop Scrolling and pick Samuel Services!!! They were amazing.

• Samuel’s team did a great job helping with my move. I had a very difficult move, moving items between 3 different places, and they handled everything really well. They were quick and efficient in loading the truck. They were also very careful with my items and also careful to make sure not to damage walls, etc. They worked extremely hard loading and unloading the truck 2 times and still managed to finish on time. They also brought their own hand trucks, furniture dolly’s and blankets. Would recommend.

• On moving day, the younger mover (of the two movers) was very willing to follow the layout that we had designed for placement of my boxes and furniture in the UBox. The four star for professionalism was due to contacting Walter (the head mover) multiple times to confirm moving time without any response from him.

• Walter and his team were courteous, professional, and fast. I scheduled them to unload my truck on Monday at 9 am. They called on Saturday to confirm, and I was unable to take the call, so they left a voicemail and a text. • My first problem is the service does not allow you select a specific time to accommodate your move. I selected morning with no specific time. I received a call from Walter of Samuel asking my move time. I informed him my move time is schedule for 9:00am. I was picking my U-Haul up at 8:30am. Mr. Walter stated he could not accommodate my move time and I had to either move time to 8:00am or later or cancel. I have chosen to CANCEL this service because you could not accommodate my request. I also think it is not fair to the customer if they have already paid and you decide when the person should move. This is unacceptable to me.

• my movers contacted me twice the very first time they called me I asked them if they could get one to a military installation they informed me that they could I moved all the way from Virginia to Maryland with their word saying that they would report to my home at 8:30 in the morning on September 1 just for them to call me 10 PM the night before to try and verify the job once more and told me that they could not help me because he could not get onto the military installation and I still have all of my belongings in my garage

• Total garbage. These jerks put our boxes marked FRAGILE on the bottom and put heavy book boxes on top. Our stuff was crushed. If you can't read enough English to understand "fragile" go mow lawns.
