They are really good . They pay attention to details and exceed expectations. They just had a tire problem which delayed them a little bit but their communication was good . When they arrived they did what needed to be done . They are great to work with and so efficient. They handle the furniture with care and we had zero damage . Thank you Terrence and team

Terrance & Chet were amazing! They contacted me within 24hrs of hiring them through uhaul app. Coordinated what the job entailed and what time they were to arrive. Day of the job they were there on time and did a walk-through to see what we needed yo move. They worked fast and efficient. Did not damage anything and took great care moving everything into our rented 20ft truck. All our furniture and belongings were professionally and safely packed in to the truck from an upstairs apartment. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to safely move any and everything.

This is the second time we’ve had Terrance do a move for us, and he and his helpers are absolutely the best. They took care of everything fast, but took a lot of care with all of our stuff and made sure we were happy with everything and the location of the furniture. We couldn’t be more happy. We will definitely use this company next time we move.

I had scheduled the service. I received a text shortly after to confirm some information and ask if there was any information they needed to know. We set up a time and the details and he arrived on time at location. Very quick and detailed and also careful with the items. First did a walk thru to see what went then we stepped aside and let them do their work. Covered items that could be scratched. Loaded the truck so that nothing could tip or lean. When arriving at the destination they assessed the area to unload in then went to work quickly and carefully unloading. Super satisfied. Will use again if needed.

I had an amazing experience with Terence and Brandon! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my belongings. They handled everything with care, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful move feel easy and smooth. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and their positive attitude made a big difference. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Terence and Brandon to anyone looking for dependable, top-notch movers. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

Terence was over 1 hour away when I contacted his company about unloading a moving truck for me on Saturday morning. Terence met me less than 2 hours later and unloaded a 16 ft truck of items in a storage unit. He was professional and prepared to do the job. A hour and 15 minutes later the truck was empty and the storage unit was organized as I requested. I would refer him to others and use him again.

I am beyond disappointed with this moving company. They showed no care in packing our belongings, resulting in numerous items being damaged, including my 65 TV. When my husband called to address the issue, the owner assured us they would reimburse us for the TV. Based on their word, we purchased a replacement TV from Walmart and sent over the receipt as requested. After that, they completely ghosted us. To make matters worse, they blocked our phone number. When we tried calling from my work phone, the owner suddenly pretended not to hear us and hung up. This company has no integrity and clearly doesn’t stand behind their promises. Their behavior is appalling, and I would strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and heartache. DO NOT BOOK.
