Here are a few of the things that would have helped with overall professionalism and customer experience; 1. Charles promised a courtesy call prior to arrival, but it was actually a text. 2. the text said an additional mover would be available for free, which was helpful, but not needed. 3. The movers were dropped off and were smoking on arrival, so I’d suggest not smoking. 4. one mover had headphones on the whole time and would randomly sing the song lyrics, which can be okay, except the lyrics were explicit.

I was scheduled for an appointment March 7 at 0930. Nobody showed up. I reached out and they said they booked it for March 8 in error. The soonest they could get there was 5 pm or before. I asked about a discount since the error was on the . No answer. Texted an hour before 5 to verify, no answer. 515 texted again since nobody showed up. Finally around 540 people showed up. They did an ok job. But the lack of communication from whoever was answering my questions texts was very poor. I’m very disappointed especially with the scheduling error and no offer to give even partial discount.

These guys were great. They unloaded from the uhaul into our new house. They were quick, careful with our items, and took the time to ask where each item needed to be placed. Space was getting crowded in the basement and they took the time to carefully stack items so we could still move around. They were pleasant to converse with and at the end not only did not ask for a tip, seemed genuinely grateful to receive what I offered. If you happen to be in their service area, I recommend you give them a try.

Had to move the date due to our illness. They indicated they could and confirmed a morning move again. Did not respond timely manner to repeated inquiries for a time. Ended up at 1 pm. They contacted us just before 1 that they left the previous job and hit traffic 1.25 hours from our home (makes no sense). Sent a different crew who were an hour late. The two men were nice but inexperienced, needing to be told how to move armchairs through a door, a mechanical bed frame downstairs, and set up a simple bed frame; they did not have a knife to cut the tight plastic mover's wrap. Needed monitoring by us to make sure it went well. We had more items for putting together and to move and adjust, but did not feel at all confident in their experience. They have not responded timely manner to our dispute request, and Moving Help provides no support for that. We offered to pay half, but no response. First-ever bad experience with Moving Help. Do not recommend Imperial Movers at all.

They were super late, but there were circumstances that they couldn't control, and they made up for it. I appreciated that they listened to what i wanted and helped finish the job in the time limit that I had. All of them were fantastic and yes I will be using them the next time I move again.

The two of them were very on top of getting my furniture loaded up in the truck using every bit of space they could . They didn’t complain or get snippy when I had a moment where I was just being difficult because I was stressing out . They worked with what we needed very well , and made the entire experience very easy . I super appreciate the work they did . The ONE thing I did not like about the experience was after they were done loading things up - they left the U-Haul door open . Them leaving it open though did not tamper my opinion on them . I will definitely be using them again next time I need moving help .

Great crew! They were cheerful, hard working and nice to get to know. They even moved a massive piece of furniture at the end. Kudos, because that thing was heavy!

The movers were very efficient, they communicated well, and got the job done. This was a great experience all around, and we'd hire Imperial Movers again.
